Abstract

The invention relates to a novel method for producing classifier wheels, stators or rotors for comminution devices, in particular classifier or impact mills, for grinding and homogenizing different, even clumpable and sticky products, wherein once the properties of the pulverulent, granular or fibrous products or product mixtures to be comminuted or separated are determined, a production data set for the constructive design of the stator, classifier wheel or rotor is determined on the basis of the anticipated abrasion or material properties of the products or product mixtures. The material or a material mixture is then defined and a material data set processed. On the basis of the respective production and material data sets, an additive manufacturing device, in particular a 3D printer, is commissioned, and the particular classifier wheel, stator or rotor with its predetermined use-typical properties is additively manufactured, with longer lifetimes and uniform wear in the monolithic construction with different, additively combined materials being achieved.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for mixing, grinding, drying, and coating various materials in a grain size range of 500 쎽m and below, namely an impact mill comprising an essentially truncated conical or cylindrical rotor which is connected to a drive unit, and a likewise truncated conical or cylindrical stator, wherein the stator has grinding or impact ridges of carbide or ceramic chips that form one or more grinding nips. The stator is designed as an interchangeable hollow cylindrical or hollow truncated conical insert, whose interior faces the grinding nip and whose exterior is in the clamping hub on a stator base plate with an interior shape complementary to the exterior shape of the insert. There is a flange on the stator base plate for fastening to a machine frame or a machine rack, wherein the flange also has a segment facing the foot of the stator to hold the insert in place by means of a pressure pad or a clamping ring.

Abstract

The invention relates to a grinding bowl for drum and planetary grinders, in particular for laboratory grinders having a volume within the range of essentially 0.1 up to several tens of litres and having a rotationally symmetrical shape for dry or wet processing. According to the invention, the grinding bowl is made of an impact-resistant, noise-damping, chemically resistant high-duty polymer free of regenerates. Due to a special geometrical configuration, the grinding bowls are also designed to be stackable.
