Abstract

Proposed is a local cooling anesthesia device for spraying a coolant on a treatment site. The local cooling anesthesia device includes a housing which forms an outward form and from which the coolant is sprayed and a spraying unit installed in the housing to spray the coolant. The device also includes a cooling temperature regulator connected to the spraying unit to apply thermal energy to the sprayed coolant for temperature regulation and a control unit connected to the cooling temperature regulator to control the cooling temperature regulator. The cooling anesthesia device has functions of measuring and regulating the temperature of the coolant, and thus can apply the coolant to the treatment site within a safe temperature range according to the purpose of treatment, thereby enabling a desired treatment purpose such as local anesthesia to be safely and rapidly accomplished without side effects such as cytoclasis.

The present invention relates to a method comprising a step of predicting the temperature at a target depth by using a laser output value and a detected surface temperature from a subcutaneous temperature monitoring start time point, wherein the subcutaneous temperature monitoring start time point is a time point at or after reaching a stable state in which the temperature at the target depth converges to an arbitrary value after passing through an interval in which the temperature rapidly increases, and the step of predicting the temperature at the target depth is predicting the temperature at the target depth by using a database indicating the correlation between the surface temperature, the laser output value, and the subcutaneous temperature.

Proposed is a filter module including a filter that filters impurities out in the coolant emitted from a cartridge which includes a housing and a cap. The filter module may include not only a filter accommodation member including a support surface and a perforating member protruding from the support surface but also a first sealing member with a first external diameter including a through-hole fitted into the perforating member. According to one embodiment of the present specification, a cooling apparatus may be provided, the cooling apparatus comprising: a coolant inlet which is supplied with a coolant; a nozzle which sprays the coolant; a valve located between the coolant inlet and the nozzle; a trigger module which generates a trigger signal when a trigger input is received; and a control unit which controls the valve. Disclosed is a local cooling anesthesia device for spraying a coolant on a treatment site. The local cooling anesthesia device includes a housing which forms an outward form and from which the coolant is sprayed and a spraying unit installed in the housing to spray the coolant. Abstract

A hand-held or wearable device for cooling tissue of an eye of a patient is disclosed. In one aspect, the device includes a reservoir having fluid therein and a support connected to the reservoir and configured to be positioned on a face of the patient. The device also includes a nozzle positioned proximate to the support and fluidically connected to the reservoir, the nozzle configured to pass the fluid from the reservoir onto a surface of the eye. Abstract

Disclosed is a local cooling anesthesia device for spraying a coolant on a treatment site. The local cooling anesthesia device includes a housing which forms an outward form and from which the coolant is sprayed and a spraying unit installed in the housing to spray the coolant. The device also includes a cooling temperature regulator connected to the spraying unit to apply thermal energy to the sprayed coolant for temperature regulation and a control unit connected to the cooling temperature regulator to control the cooling temperature regulator. The cooling anesthesia device has functions of measuring and regulating the temperature of the coolant, and thus can apply the coolant to the treatment site within a safe temperature range according to the purpose of treatment, thereby enabling a desired treatment purpose such as local anesthesia to be safely and rapidly accomplished without side effects such as cytoclasis.
