The present invention provides a recycling device for high-temperature sensible heat of raw coke oven gas in a coke oven ascension pipe. The device comprises a first ascension pipe heat exchanger separately independently provided at the top of a coke oven, and further comprises a heat exchange device and a circulating pump. The first ascension pipe heat exchanger, the heat exchange device, and the circulating pump are connected into a cycle to form a heat exchange cycle. In the heat exchange cycle, water or heat conduction oil or other heat media are used as a heat exchange medium. After being driven by the circulating pump to absorb heat by means of the first ascension pipe heat exchanger, the heat exchange medium becomes a steam-water mixture or a high-temperature heat medium, then is cooled after passing through the heat exchange device and enters the circulating pump again so as to finish a cycle. The device replaces a debenzolization pipe type furnace and an ammonia distilling pipe type furnace for burning coke oven gas in the conventional chemical production process, the heat efficiency of a coke oven production process system is improved, and waste gas pollutant discharging points are reduced.
