The invention relates to a paper dispenser (10), in particular an absorbent paper, including a housing (60) in which at least two rolls (4, 4') of a web of paper are housed, the housing (60) comprising: a base (5) having at least one first and one second recess (51, 51') for receiving the at least first and second rolls (4, 4'), respectively, and at least one first door and one second door (1, 1') mounted on the base (5) which, in the closed position, are arranged so as to protect the first and second rolls (4, 4') respectively, and, in the open position, to access the first and second recesses (51, 51'), respectively, so as to reload the rolls individually, the first and second doors (1, 1') comprising first and second nozzles (3, 3') for dispensing the webs of the first and second rolls (4, 4').
According to the invention, the core (5) has a cylindrical wall (8) which can be torn axially and is made up of two superposed strips, these respectively being an outer strip (10) in contact with the product and an inner strip (11), these strips being wound on one another and joined together by regions of attachment for example by bonding (12). The fibrous sheet of the invention is used for instance for the manufacture of a water disintegrable core in a roll of tissue paper.
The present invention relates to a sheet of absorbent paper including at least first (10) and second (20) embossed plies of cellulose wadding, each one of the plies having a grammage of 10 to 40 g/m2 including projections on the inward-facing surface of the sheet which correspond to cavities on the outer surface, with elongate first projections (11) on the first ply, elongate first projections (21) on the second ply, at least one part of the first projections (11) of the first ply being in contact with at least one part of the first projections (21) of the second ply. The present invention relates to a method for making a water-degradable paper sheet, said method comprising the following steps: providing at least one strip of a water-soluble binding material in the form of a dry film; providing at least two strips each made of at least one ply of cellulose wadding; placing the strip of water-soluble binding material between the two strips of cellulose wadding; humidifying, assembling and pressing the three strips; and drying the complex strip thus obtained. The sheet thus obtained can be used for making a roll carrier mandrel by helically winding one or more strips from said sheet about a cylinder. The invention can particularly be used in the field of products for sanitary or domestic use.
The invention relates to a core intended to support a reel of paper, particularly toilet paper, said core being formed by winding at least one web of cellulose wadding. The core is characterized in that it is formed by winding at least one web of cellulose wadding comprising at least 0.51 g of water-soluble material per gram of cellulose wadding, the water-soluble material being designed to make the web of cellulose wadding more rigid and easier to disintegrate. Thus configured, the invention is able to provide a core that has both mechanical strength fit for the intended purpose and is far easier to disintegrate than a core made of cardboard such that it can be disposed of directly in the toilet bowl without the risk of blocking the waste pipe.

The invention provides an embossed sheet composed of at least a first and a second ply of creped cellulose wadding having a basis weight between 12 and 30 g/m2 according to which the first ply (4) has a first embossed pattern composed of a series of first aligned protrusions (20) of frustoconical overall shape, the tops of which are oriented towards the inside of the sheet, the second ply (2) comprises a first and a second series of protrusions, the tops of which are oriented towards the inside of the sheet, the first series (5) having a height greater than that of the second series of protrusions (3). According to the invention, the protrusions (20) of the first ply (4) and the highest protrusions (5) of the second ply (2) are nested inside one another, and the lowest protrusions (3) of the second ply (2) are arranged between the protrusions of the first ply so as to create empty spaces (6) between the two plies that promote a rapid absorption of liquid. The invention furthermore relates to a pair of rolls and to the associated process for producing such embossed sheets.

The present invention relates to an absorbent paper sheet for sanitary or household use comprising two layers of cellulose fibre, the first layer being embossed with relief patterns consisting at least partly of first projections pointing towards the interior of the sheet, and the second layer not being embossed and being joined to the first layer by bonding of the first projections. The sheet is characterized in that some of the first projections are arranged in a simple line and in that the second layer is a layer of cellulose fibre of the type dried by blow-through drying, with a thickness of between 0.2 and 0.5 mm and a grammage of between 15 and 45 g/m2. The invention applies particularly to the manufacture of rolls from the above sheet.
The invention relates to a method for preparing paper pulp from recycled paper containing contaminants characterized in that it comprises a first step of agitating the paper in the presence of water in order to obtain a mixture of fibres and contaminants in suspension, a second step of coarsely sieving said mixture in order to separate the coarse contaminants from the rest of the suspension, a third step of fine sieving in order to separate the fine contaminants from the coarsely-sieved suspension and a fourth step of washing said coarse and fine contaminants in order to separate the reusable fibrous materials from the rest of the non-reusable contaminants. In particular, the invention aims to provide a method for preparing paper pulp that is capable of producing a good quality paper pulp from highly-contaminated recycled paper, especially having a contaminant level in the dry state that is greater than or equal to 15% by weight.
The inventive dispenser is a paper dispenser, particularly for dispensing toilet paper, comprising a housing (5) for housing a roll (3) of paper, the housing (5) having a front side (8) with a dispensing opening (13) via which the paper is unwound sheet by sheet, and comprising means (11) for locking the front side (8) to the housing (5). This dispenser is characterized by virtue of the fact that the front side (8) comprises a hatch (16) for accessing the interior of the housing (5) via which the free end (4) of the roll (3) can be removed.
