Abstract
The invention relates to a knitted-type compression item with a therapeutic and/or physiological effect, designed for facilitating the pulling-on thereof, with a high level of compression of more than 20mmHg, comprising a double-helix plated weft yarn with an elastomer core, especially elastane, over the entirety of the item produced. Said compression item is characterised in that the weft yarn count is between 750 and 1700 dTex, enabling, for the same classification, the production of an item having larger dimensions than a comparable item of the same category. The compression item is also characterised in that the dimensional elongation characteristics of the item its entire surface correspond to formula (I) where factor K is equal to 55 and expressed as formula (II), and in that the deformation of the item has an elongation coefficient in position and for the minimum application dimensions, of less than 25%.

Abstract
A self-adhesive band or complex has a textile support structure with a coating for securing to the skin of a wearer. The textile support structure includes an extensible, aerated, finely knitted or woven support structure having, at least on its inner face, a thin coating having immediate and high adhesive properties. The coating has a degree of softness to conform to microreliefs of the wearer's skin, and an elastic modulus at least as low as that of the substrate against which it is in contact to match the microreliefs thereof.

Abstract
The compression and/or support article, of the type comprising refrigerating means and of the type having a textile structure that includes complementary yarns in predetermined areas providing a function other than that of support and/or compression, is noteworthy in that it includes, in the areas intended to provide a refrigerating function, a plush loop textile structure placed inside the compression and/or support article on the skin side exclusively defining an insulating cushion effect on the inside of the structure, said plush-loop structure combining one or more fibres having a hydrophilic property, one or more fibres having a highly hydrophilic property and one or more fibres having a hydrophobic property, and in that the plush-loop structure thus produced makes it possible to absorb and store a source of refrigeration obtained by spraying a cryogenic fluid at the point of the relevant area or areas with the plush-loop structure.

Abstract
The self-attaching or complex tape (b) of the type including a textile structure (1) having a coating (2) to ensure that the same is retained on the skin of a wearer is remarkable in that the backing portion of the coating is set up in the form of a knitted or weaved stretchable backing including, at least on the inside surface thereof, a coating having quick and high adhesive properties, and in that the coating is defined with a degree of softness for molding itself to the microrelief of the substrate (3), such as the skin of the wearer, and in that the resilient module of the coating is defined to be at least as low as that of the substrate with which the same is in contact to match the micro-deformations of the latter, and in that the coating is applied to a thin layer on the fine well-ventilated backing portion itself.
