Abstract

Provided is an assembled wire having a substantially rectangular cross section, and is formed by assembling a plurality of strands 7. Each strand 7 has a conductor portion 11 and a strand insulating layer 13 covering the conductor portion 11. At least a part of the assembled plurality of strands 7 in the longitudinal direction is covered with an outer insulating layer. The strand 7 is formed as follows. First, the strand insulating layer 13 is coated on the outer periphery of the conductor portion 11. At this time, a large number of voids 8 are formed in a resin 12 constituting the strand insulating layer 13. From this state, the strand 7 is formed, for example, by collapsing the strand insulating layer 13 by heating and pressurizing. At this time, it is possible to uniformly collapse the strand insulating layer 13 by crushing the internal voids 8. Therefore, the voids 8 in the strand 7 are crushed and flattened in the thickness direction of the strand insulating layer 13 over the entire periphery.

Abstract

An insulated wire which comprises a conductor, a foamed insulation layer and a nonfoamed solid layer present on the outer periphery of the foamed insulation layer, wherein the nonfoamed solid layer contains a partial discharge resistant substance. This insulated wire combines a high partial discharge inception voltage, partial discharge resistance, heat resistance and abrasion (scratch) resistance.

Abstract

Provided are a wire rod for an inductor and an inductor that utilizes said wire rod so that a Q factor can be improved with the inclusion also of a resistance value when providing a magnetic layer on a surface of a conductor. The wire rod for an inductor, said wire rod being used as a coil of the inductor, has a conductor and a magnetic layer that is formed on the surface of the conductor, wherein the thickness of the magnetic layer is more than 0 and not more than 3.0µm. This wire rod is used to obtain an inductor having a high Q factor.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide an insulated wire with high dielectric breakdown because of superior interlayer adhesiveness, even when insulating resin coatings are laminated, and superior partial discharge resistance because low relative permittivity. [Solution] An insulated wire having at least two lamination units such that insulating layers (21, 23) and insulating layers (22, 24) having relative permittivity higher than the insulating layers (21, 23), respectively, are laminated directly or indirectly on a conductor (1) in that order from the conductor side.
