Water treatment equipment, namely, fertilizer injection units, namely, devices connected to a water distribution line, which automatically injects a predetermined proportion of fertilizer into an irrigation system comprised of pressurized proportioners and sprayers for dispensing fertilizers, as well as pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, soil supplements, biostimulants, chlorine, animal medications, and industrial cleaning and sanitizing agents for commercial, industrial, and residential use
A fluid injection system for dispensing a solution into a fluid flow in a flow line, the fluid injection system including a storage tank having a product to be dispensed therein. The system includes a connector for connection to a fluid flow line. The connector has an outlet port for diverting fluid from the flow line into the tank, an inlet port for returning a mixture of fluid and/or product back into the fluid flow line, and a restrictor provided between the inlet and outlet ports. The system includes an inlet dip tube and an outlet dip tube provided inside the tank and a mixing chamber connected between the inlet dip tube and the outlet dip tube. The mixing chamber is configure to mix the fluid with the product to create a fluid/product mixture, wherein the fluid/product mixture is injected back into the fluid flow line via the inlet port.
B01F 23/451 - Mixing liquids with liquidsEmulsifying using flow mixing by injecting one liquid into another
B01F 25/315 - Injector mixers in conduits or tubes through which the main component flows wherein a difference of pressure at different points of the conduit causes introduction of the additional component into the main component
B01F 25/32 - Injector mixers wherein the additional components are added in a by-pass of the main flow

Fluid injection system for dispensing a solution into a fluid flow in a flow line, the fluid injection system including a storage tank having product to be dispensed therein; an inlet connection diverting fluid from the flow line into the tank; an outlet connection returning a mixture of fluid/product back into the flow line; a metering gauge in fluid communication with the inlet connection measuring water flowing into the tank; and a metering head connected to the storage tank and having multiple ports for connection to the inlet connection depending on whether the product to be dispensed is in liquid dry form. The inlet connection includes an inlet probe having an opening defined by an arc at a downstream side. The outlet connection includes an outlet probe having an opening having an angled cut facing downstream, such that a pressure differential is created between the inlet and outlet probes.
