Abstract

A fan blade installation mechanism includes a slot and an elastic member. The elastic member is fixedly connected to a groove above the slot. The elastic member is elastically moved between the slot and the groove for a blade to be inserted into the slot. A blade hole of the blade is guided and secured by bevels of a protrusion of an elastic portion in the slot and the elastic member. The elastic member has an operation portion. The fan blade installation mechanism has the advantages of rapid installation and removal of blades, stability without wobbling, ease of assembly, high assembly safety, and reducing the tolerance and gap between the blade and the fan blade installation mechanism in the manufacturing process.

Abstract

A ceiling fan infrared detection and control system has a wall-mounted controller, a ceiling fan controller, and a motor. The wall-mounted controller has an infrared sensor that is arranged outwardly and horizontally. The wall-mounted controller is pivotally equipped with a lens outside the infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays of a human body within a detection range. The control unit can output a wireless signal to the ceiling fan controller to control the motor according to the infrared detection result. The ceiling fan infrared detection and control system uses the technical feature that the lens is rotatable relative to the wall-mounted controller, so that the detection range can be moved synchronously along with the lens. The detection range has directivity and the function of adjusting the detection position, which can avoid false detection of a pet below the height of the detection range.

Abstract

A down rod hanger system includes a lower seat body, an outer rotating seat, an inner rotating seat, and a down rod. The outer rotating seat is located inside the lower seat body and pivotally connected to the lower seat body, and is rotatable about a first axis. The inner rotating seat is located inside the outer rotating seat and pivotally connected to the outer rotating seat, and is rotatable about a second axis. The first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. A ceiling fan is fixedly connected to the inner rotating seat through the down rod. When the lower seat body is in a fixed state, the ceiling fan is displaced to a vertical suspension position in different angles and directions through its own weight and the down rod that can be rotated about the first axis and the second axis.

Abstract

A ceiling fan has blades spaced apart circumferentially about and extending outward radially from a rotating component of a motor. The blades include upper blades and lower blades. Each lower blade is between and extends below a pair of adjacent upper blades. The motor, when activated, rotates the rotating component, concurrently rotating the upper blades and the lower blades in the same rotational direction. Each of the upper blades leading an adjacent one of the lower blades is configured to generate and direct an air current rearwardly and downwardly therefrom in front of the adjacent one of the lower blades and each of the lower blades trailing an adjacent one of the upper blades is configured to intercept the air current from the adjacent one of the upper blades and accelerate it rearwardly and downwardly therefrom, when the motor is activated.

Abstract

A quick assembling structure for a ceiling fan with a lamp includes a first seat and a second seat. A first peripheral wall of the first seat is radially provided with a plurality of positioning members. The second seat has a second peripheral wall to be sleeved onto the first peripheral wall. The second peripheral wall has recesses that are recessed radially and correspond to the respective positioning members. The second peripheral wall is formed with guide holes corresponding to and communicating with the respective recesses. Through the positioning members to be inserted into the recesses and the guide holes and tightened in the guide holes, the first peripheral wall of the first seat is connected to the second peripheral wall of the second seat so as to assemble the ceiling fan and the lamp quickly.

Abstract

A quick ceiling fan mounting bracket with a safety protection structure has a bracket, two guide rails and an elastic engaging member. The bracket is configured to connect a junction box and a ceiling fan motor unit. The junction box is locked with two locking members. When installed, the locking members are half locked into locking holes of the junction box, and the heads of the locking members are positioned at positioning holes and a force is applied to the elastic engaging member for the locking members to pass through the guide rails. When the head of the locking member is displaced, an engaging portion of the elastic engaging member is against the head of the locking member to achieve the effect of safety protection.

Abstract

A lamp assembly installed to a ceiling fan includes a heat dissipation module and a lamp. The heat dissipation module has a heat dissipation body. The heat dissipation body is mounted to a connecting seat of the ceiling fan. The heat dissipation body includes a plurality of heat dissipation units on one side of the heat dissipation body adjacent to the connecting seat. The heat dissipation units have an axis. The heat dissipation units are sequentially arranged from inside to outside relative to the axis. The heat dissipation units each have at least one heat dissipation fin relative to the axis. The lamp is fixedly connected to another side of the heat dissipation body. The lamp assembly has a better heat dissipation effect and can be installed quickly.

Abstract

A brushless DC motor control device for a ceiling fan is electrically connected to a brushless DC motor and includes at least one switch, a processor, and a driving module. The processor includes at least one detection module and a processing module. The switch transmits a switch signal to the detection module for detection. After the detection module detects an operating electric potential and a normal electric potential of the switch signal, the detection module outputs a detection signal to the processing module. The processing module outputs a control signal to the driving module, so that the driving module transmits a driving signal to the brushless DC motor to control the rotational speed, stop and rotational direction of the brushless DC motor.
