Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker. A valve is installed so as to be vertically movable on the inner surface of a cylinder bush and the inner diameter portion of a cylinder. The valve comprises: a valve upper portion having an upper end surface subject to the pressure of a cylinder upper chamber; a valve lower portion having a lower end surface subject to the pressure of the cylinder upper chamber; a first valve expanded-diameter portion which expands between the valve upper portion and the valve lower portion to have a larger outer diameter than the valve upper portion and the valve lower portion, and in which a first upper valve pressure-receiving surface communicates with first and second flow channels; and a second valve expanded-diameter portion which expands between the first valve expanded-diameter portion and the valve lower portion to have a larger outer diameter than the first valve expanded-diameter portion, and in which a second upper valve pressure-receiving surface communicates with a fourth flow channel, and a lower valve pressure-receiving surface having a larger area than the first upper valve pressure-receiving surface is subject to the pressure of a valve switching chamber.

Abstract

An attachment coupling device for heavy industrial equipment, includes a coupler body coupled to operation links of the heavy industrial equipment, a fixed hook fixedly mounted to the coupler body, a movable hook rotatably coupled to the coupler body, an actuator connected to the movable hook and rotatably connected to the coupler, and a pin locking unit rotatable through operation of the actuator, to lock a first pin of the attachment coupled to the fixed hook and the movable hook, to which a second pin of the attachment is coupled. The pin locking unit includes a pivot body rotatably coupled to the coupler body and connected to the actuator, a hook support for locking the movable hook, a pin support for locking the first pin, and a locking elastic member for preventing the pivot body from excessively pivoting in a release direction thereof.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydraulic rotating striking device having a shock buffering device, which is configured to buffer a shock, formed to be able to reciprocate inside a body portion of the striking device. The hydraulic rotating striking device comprises, between the body portion and the outer peripheral surface of the shock device, a high-pressure chamber, a first low-pressure chamber, a second low-pressure chamber, a first pressure chamber, and a second pressure chamber, respectively. The shock buffering device is characterized by comprising: an annular collar portion formed at the center of an outer diameter portion; an upper diameter portion formed on the upper side of the collar portion, the upper end surface of the upper diameter portion facing the inner upper end of the body portion; a lower diameter portion formed on the lower side of the collar portion, the lower end surface of the lower diameter portion facing a striking surface of a shank; and a second bypass channel for establishing communication between the high-pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber, when the distance of movement is below a preset distance during a boring operation, and interrupting the communication between the high-pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber, when the distance of movement is equal to or above the preset distance.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydraulic rotary hitting apparatus provided with a shock absorbing device for firmly maintaining the contact between a drill bit and an object to be drilled during boring by means of a hydraulic process, comprising a hitting piston rise line for supplying a high pressure working fluid to reciprocate the hitting piston, a hydraulic motor drive line provided separately from the hitting piston rise line for rotating a hydraulic motor, and a valve means for selectively connecting one of the hitting piston rise line and the hydraulic motor drive line to a high pressure chamber of the shock absorbing device, so as to prevent the shock absorbing device from contacting the internal elements of the hitting apparatus both in the normal boring condition where the rise of the hitting piston and the rotation of the hydraulic motor are all performed and in the abnormal condition where the hydraulic motor rotates only in the forward or the backward direction, thus improving the durability of the internal elements of the hitting apparatus.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an impact buffering device for a hydraulic rotating impact apparatus. The impact buffering device installed in the impact apparatus includes: a lower diameter part and an upper diameter part; a collar part having a larger outer diameter than the lower diameter part and the upper diameter part; a central part having a hollow shape; a first bypass flow path provided in the lower diameter part; and a second bypass flow path provided in the upper diameter part. During punching by using the impact buffering device, contact between a drill bit and a pulverized material is maintained and thus punching performance and productivity are improved. Also, the mechanical friction and impact transmission between components or between a component and the impact device that are generated during the punching are reduced so that component durability is increased, damage to the impact device is prevented, and repair and maintenance costs are reduced.

Disclosed is an attachment coupler for heavy machinery, for detachably mounting an attachment for heavy machinery on an arm of heavy machinery. A coupler body is coupled to the arm of the heavy machinery. A fixing hook is formed on the coupler body, and a first coupling pin of the attachment is inserted therein and coupled thereto. A moving hook is pivotably coupled to a hinge shaft on the coupler body, and a second coupling pin of the attachment is inserted therein and coupled thereto. A hydraulic cylinder pivots the moving hook from being coupled to or disengaged from the second coupling pin. A locking device, for locking and preventing the disengagement of the first coupling pin from the fixing hook when the moving hook is coupled to the second coupling pin, includes: a locking hook pivotably coupled to the hinge shaft on the coupler body, and configured to block an entrance of the fixing hook when coupled to the first coupling pin; and a link mechanism for, interlockingly with the pivoting of the moving hook, coupling or disengaging the locking hook to/from the first coupling pin.
