Abstract
Disclosed is a lathe motor-operated tailstock for preventing a hand from being pinched, the lathe motor-operated tailstock being composed of a motor-operated tailstock, an air-actuated control system and an elastic tip. The motor-operated tailstock comprises a secondary air cylinder (1.1), a primary air cylinder (1.2), a flange (1.3), a screw (1.4), a tailstock body (1.5) and a shaft sleeve (1.6). The air-actuated control system comprises a rotary valve (2.1), an electromagnetic valve (2.2), a one-way throttle valve (2.3) and a pressure relay (2.4). The elastic tip comprises an inner shaft (3.1), an outer sleeve (3.2), a guide pin (3.3) and a spring (3.4). The lathe motor-operated tailstock uses a step-by-step propping structure, a ball head end of the outer sleeve is initially in contact with a workpiece, and pressure is applied to the workpiece officially after the initial contact with the workpiece. There is warning time between the two steps, and if an operator is negligent and his/her finger is pinched, he/she has time to retract the finger or operate in reverse to return to the elastic tip. The motor-operated tailstock is rationally designed, easily manufactured, accurate in early warning, and reliable in propping and clamping, thereby preventing serious accidents.

Abstract
A spherical involute spur bevel gear pair and a method for reshaping a gear profile thereof. The spherical involute spur bevel gear pair comprises a driving gear (1) and a driven gear (2) engaging with each other. A gear profile of the gears is divided into two sections. A section AB is a theoretical spherical involute. A section BD' is a spherical reshaping curve. B is a starting point for reshaping. The reshaping method for a gear profile of a gear pair comprises the following steps: software modeling → manufacturing a reshaping mold → batch manufacturing, wherein gear profile reshaping of both the driving gear and the driven gear of the spherical involute spur bevel gear pair uses a tooth top edge shaping method; a reshaping curve is a curve of a spherical surface on which the spherical involute is located; a reshaping direction is a normal direction of the spherical involute; and a starting point for reshaping and a reshaping amount can be acquired by means of optimization according to a finite element algorithm. In the invention, the impact caused by engaging and disengaging of gears is reduced and vibrations and noise are also reduced, thereby improving engagement quality and service life of a gear pair.

Abstract
A stepping double-sided shot blasting apparatus, comprising a cleaning chamber (1), a guide rail (2), shaft racks (3), hanging racks (4), a speed reducer (5), a motor (6), a frame (7), and inner supports (8). The cleaning chamber is located below the frame and above the speed reducer. A gap is formed between the cleaning chamber and the frame by means of the inner supports, and the guide rail is horizontally disposed at the gap. The outer wall of the cleaning chamber is provided with impeller heads (1.1), and two sections are provided with gates (1.2). The upper ends of the shaft racks extend into the guide rail, and the lower ends are inserted into gear holes provided inside the speed reducer to move along therewith. Each shaft rack hangs two hanging racks, and the shaft racks and the hanging racks are used for hanging gear blanks. The speed reducer is a planetary speed reducing mechanism, the shaft racks are inserted in shaft holes of four second star wheel (5.6), and when the speed reducer operates, the second star wheels rotate and revolve in linkage with the shaft racks. Under this structural condition, the gear blanks enter the cleaning chamber to be subjected to uniform shot blasting on both sides, and the shaft racks and the hanging racks temporarily located outside the cleaning chamber can be used for loading and unloading the gear blanks to be processed. In the apparatus, the shot blasting procedure and the loading and unloading procedure do not interfere with each other, and therefore, the production efficiency and equipment utilization rate are greatly improved.

Abstract

Bearings (9) are provided at both ends of the housing (7); one differential shaft (10) is provided on each bearing (9); each end of the differential shaft (10) is provided with one side gear (5); one elastic member (6) is provided with between each side gear (5) and the housing (7); one end of the elastic member (6) is in contact with a spigot of the housing (7), and the other end is in contact with the corresponding side gear (5). The differential can eliminate a big backlash between a planetary gear and the side gear and prevent occurrence of jamming during gear transmission, without increasing the manufacturing costs.
