Abstract
A scraper for a conveyor belt, a scraper module for same, a belt conveyor including same, and a method for replacing a scraper element on a scraper or belt conveyor. The scraper includes a system support with a scraper module having a base element arranged on the system support and a scraper element for contacting the conveyor belt. To allow a simple replacement of the scraper element, it is rotatably attached about a rotational axis relative to the base element by a rotational coupling, which is designed such that in a rotatable position of the scraper element within a fixed angular range, the scraper element is rigidly coupled to the base element in the direction of the rotational axis, and in a rotatable position of the scraper element within a release angular range, the scraper element can be released from the base element in the direction of the rotational axis.

Abstract
The invention relates to a scraper system for a conveyor belt (12), to a belt conveyor (10) comprising same, and to a method for carrying out installation, testing, or maintenance work. The scraper system comprises a system support (24) and at least one scraper module (26, 126) which is installed on the system support (24) and comprises a scraper element (42) for contacting the conveyor belt (12). In order to allow parts of the scraper system to be easily accessed for installation, testing, or maintenance purposes, a mounting (20) is provided for the system support (24), comprising at least one attachment part (28) for a stationary attachment relative to the belt frame (16) of the conveyor belt, a holding element (30) for attaching the system support (24) to the attachment part (28), and a support element (80) on the attachment part (28). The holding element (30) is coupled to the system support (24) via a clamping assembly (50) such that a torque can be applied to the system support (24) about the longitudinal axis thereof, and the holding element (30) is releasably connected to the attachment part (28). In an operational arrangement, the holding element (30) is connected to the attachment part (28) such that the system support (24) is held on the attachment part (28) via the holding element (30), and in an installation arrangement, the holding element (30) is released from the attachment part (28). The system support (24) together with a scraper module (26, 126) and the holding element (30) can be pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the system support (24) into a pull-out position such that the scraper module (26, 126) passes by the attachment part (28) upon pulling out the system support (24). In the pull-out position, the support element (80) supports the system support (24).

Abstract
A belt scraper having a scraper element to be brought into abutment with a belt. The scraper element is pivotably arranged with reference to a pivoting axis. A spring element generates a torque acting on the scraper element. A sensor for determining a pivoting angle of the scraper element is a contactless sensor with an index part and a detecting part for detecting the position of the index part. The index part is arranged, at a distance from the pivoting axis, on a movable element that is coupled to the scraper element.

Abstract
The invention relates to a stripper system for belt conveyors, comprising at least one adjustable, spring-mounted system support running transversely to the direction of travel of the belt conveyor, on which one or more stripper blocks (2) made from an elastomer are interchangeably secured next to one another. The system support (3) is suspended on both sides of a tripper pulley (1) by means of a support mounting so that said support system can rotate about a support axis of rotation (5), and the support axis of rotation (5) impresses, by means of a spring device, a predefinable torque which is directed counter to the rotational direction of the tripper pulley (1) and the support axis of rotation (5) allows the system support to rotate about an angle of rotation such that the system support together with its stripper blocks (2) can swing away. The spring device comprises an adjusting spring (26), a damper spring (27) which is coupled thereto, and a spring bolt (33) designed as a pull rod. Both springs (26,27) are connected to the support mounting, and the spring bolt (33) comprises a section which initially actuates the damper spring (27) when it is determined that the adjusting spring (26) has travelled a prescribed distance.

Abstract
A belt-stripper module for a conveyor belt includes a stripping body. The stripping body includes a cutter carrier, a stripping blade attached thereto and a stripping edge unit attached to the stripping blade. The cutter carrier is rotatable about a stripping-body axis of rotation. The stripping edge unit is positionable so as to form an obtuse angle β relative to the conveyor belt in a running direction of the conveyor belt and to rest against the conveyor belt at an acute angle α, as measured at a right angle to the running direction and as seen in direction of the belt surface. The stripping-body axis of rotation intersects the stripping edge unit of the stripping blade at a point of intersection. A stripping-body pivot axis connecting the base and stripping body, as seen in the running direction, is located in front of the point of intersection.
