Abstract

Abstract

The invention relates to a ventilation system (40) and a ventilation assembly for ventilating a construction area (30) of a production device (1) for the additive manufacturing of three-dimensional components by layer-by-layer application and locally selective fusing of a construction material within the construction area (30) using a plurality of irradiation units. The invention likewise discloses a corresponding production device and a method of production. The ventilation system comprises an outer flow guide (41) and a central flow guide (42). The outer flow guide (41) and the central flow guide (42) are designed for arrangement outside a construction area (30) which can be used for the fabrication of the component (2). The in particular annular construction area (30) extends in a radial direction (R) and is delimited by a construction area gap. The outer flow guide (41) is designed for arrangement in a construction area outer region (33) which is arranged outside the construction area (30) outwards in the radial direction (R), and the central flow guide (42) is designed for arrangement in a construction area gap region (31) which is arranged outside the construction area (30) inwards in the radial direction (R), to generate a gas flow running particularly in a radial direction of flow (Sl, S2) over the construction area (30).
