Abstract

The present application discloses a connector assembly and a vehicle. The connector assembly comprises at least two electrical connection frameworks, and a first connector and a second connector, which are respectively arranged at two ends of each electrical connection framework, wherein the first connector and the second connector are fixed onto a vehicle shell or a vehicle-mounted battery; the electrical connection frameworks are arranged in a manner of extending along the vehicle shell; the minimum distance between the electrical connection frameworks and the vehicle shell is not smaller than 5 mm; and each electrical connection framework has at least one bendable portion, the bending radius of which is not smaller than 1.2 times the maximum outer diameter of the electrical connection framework. The electrical connection framework has the bendable portion capable of bending with a vehicle shell curve, thus eliminating the limitation whereby it is not easy to bend a conventional aluminum wire and same can only be linearly arranged. The electrical connection frameworks maintain a certain distance from the vehicle shell, such that during the traveling of a vehicle, the electrical connection frameworks can be prevented from interfering with the vehicle shell to produce an abnormal sound. The rational positional arrangement of a fixing member can play a role in stabilizing the electrical connection frameworks. A shielding layer can shield electromagnetic radiation generated by an aluminum core, and an insulating layer is provided between the shielding layer and the aluminum core, thereby preventing the shielding layer from coming into contact with the aluminum core.

The connector assembly comprises an electrical connection framework and connectors, wherein each connector includes a connecting terminal and an inner shell; two ends of the electrical connection framework are respectively electrically connected to the connecting terminals; the periphery of the electrical connection framework is coated, from inside to outside, with an insulating layer and an electrically conductive medium layer; the electrically conductive medium layer is electrically connected to the inner shell; and the electrically conductive medium layer is made of electrically conductive plastic or an electrically conductive coating. In the present invention, the electrical connection framework is used to replace a multi-core copper cable, so as to reduce the diameter and weight of a cable, such that the cable is convenient to mount, and the friction between the cable and a vehicle shell is reduced, thus prolonging the service life of the connector. The electrically conductive plastic or electrically conductive coating is used to replace a woven shielding net, so as to avoid the use of a shielding net weaving apparatus, thereby reducing the occupied area, lowering the processing costs of the cable, and also lowering the production costs of the connector.

Abstract

The present invention provides a flexible connection structure of a connector, and a vehicle, relating to the technical field of automobile manufacturing. The flexible connection structure of the connector comprises a connector body, an insertion terminal, a transition terminal, a flexible conductor, and a transmission conductor; the insertion terminal is disposed in the connector body, one end of the transition terminal is connected to the insertion terminal, the other end thereof is connected to one end of the flexible conductor, and the other end of the flexible conductor is connected to the transmission conductor. A connector having a flexible connection transition can resolve the problem of rigid fixation between a terminal and a transmission conductor, so that when a charging gun is inserted into the connector, the insertion terminal can have a certain amount of shaking in a direction of an insertion force of the charging gun at the moment of insertion of the charging gun, thereby easing an impact of the insertion force on the insertion terminal. In particular, when an angle between the insertion direction of the charging gun and the insertion terminal is excessively large, an impact force can be better reduced, greatly decreasing the risk of eccentric wear of the terminal, and improving the safety of high-voltage charging.

Abstract

An electric energy transmission aluminum part, an aluminum connector and a copper-aluminum joint. The electric energy transmission aluminum part includes an aluminum body (1) internally provided with a conical insertion hole (11) which penetrates through front and rear ends thereof. The conical insertion hole is provided with a maximum diameter end and a minimum diameter end. Both the aluminum connector and the copper-aluminum joint include the electric energy transmission aluminum part. The electric energy transmission aluminum part, the aluminum connector and the copper-aluminum joint not only avoid an insulation layer (3) from being crimped into a lead portion and increasing a resistance of the lead portion, but also prevent an indentation from being formed on the surface of the insulation layer (3) and causing breakdown, and further reduce an interference with a mating end environment, thus achieving a wide application range. In addition, the copper-aluminum joint can also save the processing working hours and resources.

Abstract

Provided is a joint of a copper terminal and an aluminium conductor. A copper terminal connecting member of the joint is connected to a conductive core of the aluminium conductor by means of a transition welding layer, and the joint can also be provided with a reinforcing welding layer. Further provided is a method for preparing the joint using plasma arc welding. According to the invention, the connection portion of the copper terminal with the aluminium conductor is filled with solder in a plasma arc welding manner, such that copper and aluminium are connected by means of the solder. Damage to an aluminium oxide layer during welding increases the conductivity and can also isolate the copper terminal and the aluminium conductor, thus preventing an electrochemical reaction between the copper and the aluminium, prolonging the service life of the joint of the copper terminal and the aluminium conductor, and ensuring the mechanical and electrical performances of the connection structure.
