Abstract
There is described a system and method for managing timeseries data. A timeseries consumer (104) receives timeseries data from multiple devices (102), provides the timeseries data to a particular partition (114, 116, 118) of a data table (112) based on an insert time of the timeseries data to the data table (112), and records metadata associated with the timeseries data provided to the particular partition (114, 116, 118) at a track table (128). A timeseries archiver (120) identifies recent records of the data table (112) based on insert time(s) and archival time(s) of a milestone table (130), archives the timeseries data of the data table (112) associated with the recent records to an external system (142), and updates the archival time(s) of the milestone table (130) and the track table (128). The timeseries purger (122) drops an archived partition of the data table (112) based on determining that all records of the archived partition have been archived.

Abstract
An electrical power distribution system having an electricity meter connected to power lines on one side and a load on the other side, the electricity meter enabling automatic disconnection and/or reconnection as determined by one or more thresholds stored in memory of the electricity meter. Electricity meters having an automatic disconnect feature are disclosed as are methods of connecting the electrical power distribution system. Other aspects are disclosed.
IPC Classes ?
- H02H 3/24 - Emergency protective circuit arrangements for automatic disconnection directly responsive to an undesired change from normal electric working condition, with or without subsequent reconnection responsive to undervoltage or no-voltage
- H02H 3/46 - Emergency protective circuit arrangements for automatic disconnection directly responsive to an undesired change from normal electric working condition, with or without subsequent reconnection responsive to frequency deviations
- H02J 3/14 - Circuit arrangements for ac mains or ac distribution networks for adjusting voltage in ac networks by changing a characteristic of the network load by switching loads on to, or off from, network, e.g. progressively balanced loading
- G01D 4/00 - Tariff metering apparatus

Abstract
An electrical power system having an electricity meter connected to power lines on one side and a load on the other side, the electricity meter having a processor and memory, a communications module, a sensor, and a service disconnect switch. The system has a communications and control system adapted to send information to the electricity meter and receive information from the electricity meter. The service disconnect switch is locally operable based on a preprogrammed time delay stored in the memory of the electricity meter to restore power in a controlled fashion following a power outage. Electricity meters and electricity reconnection methods are described, as are other aspects
IPC Classes ?

Abstract
Different adapters and applications may publish information on the messaging bus and retrieve information from the bus simultaneously in a manner that does not cause interference or problems in the publication or retrieval. Meter data is cleaned, validated and estimated by separate applications using the above-described application and retrieval processes via the message bus for flexible and efficient processing.
