Abstract

A power transistor conversion device comprising: a base frame; and a fixing frame; wherein the base frame is provided with two limit holes within the base frame for fixing the base frame, and two through holes through which an input pin and an output pin of the power transistor pass through the base frame; the fixing frame is located perpendicular to an upper surface of the base frame, and the fixing frame is fastened to the base frame; the fixing frame is provided with a transistor limit unit for fixing the power transistor on the fixing frame. When applied, the transistor or the power transistor is fixed on the power transistor conversion device through the transistor limit unit, and then directly replaces the position of the power transistor to achieve better replaceability and better heat dissipation.

Abstract

A battery assembly device with charging and discharging protection is provided. The aforementioned device includes a plurality of serially connected battery modules and each of the battery module further includes one or a plurality of battery units, a plurality of serially connected first diodes which are parallel connected with the battery unit, a protection circuit including a second diode and third diode which are parallel connected to each other, and a fourth diode. Aforementioned protection circuit is serially connected with the battery unit and configured between two connection points of the battery module, electrode polarity of the second diode and electrode polarity of third diode at connection point are different, and the fourth diode are configured between the two connection points of the battery module and its electrode polarity are different with the connection point of the battery unit. Aforementioned device enables the specific circuit loop formed by specific diodes to bypass the disabled battery unit so as to avoid the disabled battery unit effecting the operation of whole battery assembly device.

Abstract

A high voltage impedance device with surface leakage proof configuration is applied in a divider. Aforementioned divider is assembled by a high impedance element, an inner case body and an outer case body. The high impedance element is sealed in the inner case body and a closed interlayer between the inner case body and the outer case body is filled with noble gas as an insulating layer. While the high impedance element is applied in high voltage, the closed interlayer can prevent the current-leakage from forming impedance paralleled with the high impedance element. The current-leakage is formed on the surface of insulting portion, or is formed by moisture, dust or corona effect. Therefore, the current-leakage proof divider may maintain the stability/linearity of the voltage division and then reduce the distance between two ends of the high impedance element effectively and still maintain the linearity of measuring voltage.

Abstract

A high impedance resistor device is applied in high voltage environment. The high impedance resistor device includes a voltage-endurance column, a first end, a second end, and a plurality of high impedance resistors. The first end and second end are configured at two ends of the voltage-endurance column. The plurality of high impedance resistors are connected to each other in series from the first end to the second end, and surrounded by the voltage-endurance column. The neighbored high impedance resistors are separated by an interval so as to avoid ash and water vapor accumulated at the connecting portion, and maintains the stability high impedance. The connecting portion between the two high impedance resistors is separated by a distance with the voltage-endurance column. And the connecting portion is configured a pellet connector to avoid point discharge phenomena.
