Abstract

Disclosed is an automatic plate changing device at the bottom of a web press, used for loading and unloading the printing plate (10) of the bottom plate cylinder (400), and comprising a printing plate locking mechanism (1), a cam clutch mechanism (2), a roller mechanism (3), a plate box (4) and a plate box pushing mechanism (5). The printing plate locking mechanism (1) locks or releases the tip of the printing plate (10) in or from the mounting groove of the bottom plate cylinder (400). The cam clutch mechanism (2) presses or releases the printing plate locking mechanism (1). The roller mechanism (3) attaches the printing plate (10) tightly to the surface of the lower plate cylinder (400). The plate box (4) is obliquely disposed between the wallboards at two sides of the web press with the front end tilting upwards and the back end tilting downwards, the plate box (4) being provided with an upper plate guide mechanism, a plate pushing mechanism and a lower plate guide mechanism. The upper plate guide mechanism forms a plate unloading channel; and the lower plate guide mechanism forms a loading channel. The plate box pushing mechanism (5) can realize the position change of the plate box (4) from outside one side of a wallboard to between the wallboards.

Abstract

Disclosed is an upper automatic plate exchanging device of a book roll-fed printing press. The device is used for the mounting and dismounting of a printing plate (10) of an upper plate cylinder (100) of the printing press, and comprises a printing plate locking mechanism (1), a cam clutch mechanism (2), a plate pressing roller mechanism (3), a plate box (4) and a plate box pushing mechanism (5). The printing plate locking mechanism (1) locks or releases a tip of the printing plate (10) in/from a printing plate mounting slot. The cam clutch mechanism (2) realizes the pressing or releasing of the printing plate locking mechanism (1). The plate pressing roller mechanism (3) presses the printing plate (10) tightly against a surface of the upper plate cylinder (100). The plate box (4) is arranged obliquely between two side wall panels of the printing press in a manner where same rises from front to back; the plate box (4) is provided with an upper plate guide mechanism, a plate pushing mechanism, a lower plate guide mechanism and a plate dismounting mechanism; the upper plate guide mechanism forms a plate mounting channel; and the lower plate guide mechanism forms a plate dismounting channel. The plate box pushing mechanism (5) can realize the positional shift of the plate box (4) from the outside of one side wall panel to between two side wall panels. The upper automatic plate exchanging device of the present invention can greatly improve the working efficiency of mounting and dismounting the printing plates and the positioning accuracy of the printing plates.

Abstract

A semi-automatic replacement method for a printing plate of a newspaper printing machine, comprising: step 1, a step of disposing a plate box (10); step 2, disposing, between wall plates at two sides of a printing machine, a rubber pressure roller (80) located in front of the plate box (10) and controlled by a pressure roller drive mechanism; step 3, unloading a used old printing plate (200') on a plate cylinder (100); and step 4, installing a new printing plate (200) to be used on the plate cylinder (100). The method above may not only improve the working efficiency of loading and unloading printing plates, but may also ensure the positioning accuracy of the printing plates.

Abstract

A compact newspaper printing machine, comprising four color group units (11-14) installed between an operating side wall panel and a starting side wall panel of the printing machine and arranged from bottom to top. Each of the four color group units comprises a set of printing cylinder groups (10) located at a middle part, two sets of ink supply systems (20) located in one-to-one correspondence at left and right sides of the printing cylinder groups, and two sets of water supply systems (30) located in one-to-one correspondence at lower left and lower right sides of the printing cylinder groups, wherein the arrangement distance between adjacent color group units is 0.5-0.7 meters, so that the total height of the printing machine is not greater than 2.8 meters. Such a newspaper printing machine may reduce the expansion value of paper tape by half and meet 0.1mm as specified by the national standard, which improves the printing quality and may significantly reduce the amount of waste when starting to print.
