Abstract

An apparatus for securing a printing screen frame is configured so that, when a piston rod moves backward due to the supply of air pressure, tensile force applied to a support frame of a printing screen unit by a coupling protrusion of a tension member is released and the printing screen unit can be replaced, and, when the piston rod moves forward as an elastic spring extends due to the stop of the supply of the air pressure, the coupling protrusion of the tension member is caught on the support frame of the printing screen unit and applies pressure thereto due to elastic force so as to tension the printing screen, and then reverse pressure can be applied thereto by using air pressure, as needed.

Abstract

The apparatus for securing a printing screen frame according to the present invention is structured so that, when a piston rod moves backward due to a supply of air pressure, the tension between a coupling protrusion of a tension member and a support frame of a printing screen unit is released and the printing screen unit can be replaced, and, when the piston rod moves forward as an elastic spring expands due to a stop in air pressure, the coupling protrusion of the tension member is caught on the support frame of the printing screen unit and applies pressure due to an elastic force so as to place the printing screen under tension, and then reverse pressure can be applied using air pressure, as needed. Thus, the apparatus can be used semi-permanently without being deformed or damaged due to a foreign substance or friction, and, at the same time, an insufficient tension can be readjusted according to the change in the tensile value of the printing screen which stretches after a long period of use.

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a print screen unit. The print screen unit has a structure in which the connection member is positioned to be slanted at a predetermined angle when the print screen is fitted to an interface unit, such that, as tensile force is applied to the print screen, the engagement state of engaging apertures of the print screen and engaging protrusions of the connection member moves toward the coupling direction thereof so as to further increase coupling force therebetween. And the print screen unit has a structure in which, when each of corner pieces is fitted into and connected to each of end portions of the interface unit, a connection surface area increases so as to bring three surfaces of the inside of the interface unit into close contact with a first and a second piece member.

Abstract

A storage box for print screen units of the present invention has a structure of comprising: a main frame (10) having glass doors (11) provided at the front opening thereof; slot shelves (20) having a plurality of slot parts (21) such that every print screen unit (1) is respectively erected thereon and stored and released; a plurality of slot display lamps (40) sensing and displaying whether the print screen units (1) are stored or released and whether the same are abnormally stored, while being individually lit in each of the plurality of slot parts (21); and a storing and releasing terminal (60) for controlling whether the print screen units (1) are stored and released. Therefore, when the print screen units (1) of different sizes are erected and inserted regardless of order, the print screen units (1) can be aligned and stored in a single file while the front parts thereof are matched without touching each other, and damage caused by collision and life reduction can be prevented and, simultaneously, the print screen units (1) can be protected from dust and static electricity. In addition, by means of the storing and releasing terminal (60), storing and releasing and abnormal storing can be visually and more quickly confirmed according to various color changes of the slot display lamps (40) individually provided in every slot part (21), while the print screen units (1) have a specified position so as to be respectively stored in and released from the plurality of slot parts (21) of the storage box.

Abstract

A printing screen frame holding device according to the present invention is structured such that a tensioning operation portion and an elevating operation portion, which operate successively at an interval of a few seconds by means of adjustment of the rate of supply of air pressure by an orifice, are all installed on a quadrangular frame body-shaped frame holding means that comprises a combination of multiple mounting frames and corner pieces, without any separate mechanism or an additional component. Therefore, the printing screen frame holding device according to the present invention has the following advantages: the inner peripheral area of the mounting frames is not reduced by the width of an auxiliary support table as in the case of the prior art, making it possible to maximize the printing area of the printing screen, and making it unnecessary to replace the frame holding means; there is no need to separately install an additional assembly comprising an auxiliary support table, an elevating cylinder, a speed valve, a feeding, a solenoid, a tube, and the like in order to separately operate the elevating operation portion as in the case of the prior art; and operations can be simplified when the printing screen unit is attached/detached (replaced) such that erroneous operations are minimized, mounting is facilitated by reducing the volume and weight, and the manufacturing cost can be lowered.

Abstract

A print screen unit of the present invention: can minimize the loss of materials and, simultaneously, reduces costs and time so as to lower production costs since an upper side long body and an a lower side engaging protrusion of a connection member are cut at the same time by pressing and can be continuously mass-produced; has a structure in which the connection member is positioned to be slanted at a predetermined angle when an edge engaging aperture of a print screen is caught on the engaging protrusion of the connection member and fitted to an interface unit, such that, as tensile force is applied, the engagement state of the edge engaging aperture of the print screen and the engaging protrusion of the connection member moves toward the coupling direction thereof so as to further increase coupling force; and has a structure in which, when the end portion of the interface unit and a corner piece are connected by press-fitting, a connection surface area is increased so as to bring three surfaces of the structure into contact with each other, thereby enabling a gap between the end portion of the interface unit and the corner piece to be minimized and, simultaneously, enabling the same to be firmly coupled such that horizontal and vertical shaking is prevented.
