Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus (10) for homogenising and/or dispersing free-flowing substances, in particular liquid to semi-solid emulsions and/or suspensions. The apparatus comprises a receptacle unit (12) which has at least one connecting element (14) for connection to a mixing receptacle (16) and which has an inlet region (18) and an outlet region (20). The apparatus also comprises a processing unit (22) for processing the substances which is arranged in the receptacle unit (12) and which has a rotor-stator unit (24) arranged in the outlet region (20). According to the invention, the apparatus (10) has at least one external line (26) which extends outside the receptacle unit (12) and by means of which the substances can be fed from the outlet region (20) to the inlet region (18).

Abstract
