Abstract
An illumination device (1) comprises a light-source (2), a light-source holding seat (3) holding the light-source (2), and a cylinder-shaped outer housing (5). The light-source holding seat (3) and a collecting lens (4) located in front of the light-source holding seat (3) are mounted on the outer housing (5). The light-source holding seat (3) comprises a light-source holder (12) and multiple radiating plates (13) mounted on the light-source holder (12). The light-source holder (12) holds the light-source (2) in a recess with an opening in the front. The multiple radiating plates (13) enclose the recess of the light-source holder (12) on the rear portion and side portion thereof. The radiation efficiency of the illumination device (1) is improved.

Abstract
A light-emitting diode (LED) lighting apparatus comprising a rectangular panel-shaped light-emitting panel (3) and a pair of identically-shaped freely rotating panels (6, 7, 46, and 47) respectively connected to the upper edge and lower edge of the light-emitting panel (3). The light-emitting panel (3) has a light-emitting face (2) formed by arranging multiple LEDs. The freely rotating panels (6, 7, 46, and 47) are allowed to rotate freely around an axis extending in the horizontal direction. The freely rotating panels (6, 7, 46, and 47) overlap the light-emitting panel (3) to cover the light-emitting face (2) when rotating towards one direction, and unfold to expose the light-emitting face (2) when rotating towards the other direction. The present LED lighting apparatus is provided with the broadened light-emitting face, is easy to transport and quick to install, and does not damage the light-emitting face when in transit.
