Abstract

Liquid cooling station comprises at least one pump and at least one motor connected to the pump for operating the pump to circulate cooling liquid between the cooling station and an object to be cooled, a first cooling liquid outlet port for supplying the cooling liquid towards the object to be cooled and a first cooling liquid inlet port for receiving the cooling liquid from the object to be cooled. The liquid cooling station further comprises at least one connection block, which comprises at least one first cavity for receiving an operating part of the pump, at least one second cavity for an additional operational part, the first cooling liquid inlet and outlet ports and an internal channel system connecting the first cavity to the first cooling liquid inlet and outlet ports.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and arrangement particularly for manufacturing, service and main- tenance of a cooling machine unit, which cooling machine unit is meant to be placed in connection with a heat generating machine, device, apparatus or like particularly in order to cool the same by transferring heat being formed thereby by means of a heat exchange arrangement (LV) into a cooling medium circulating in an essentially closed cooling circuit, whereby the cooling machine unit comprises a cooling medium pipework (1) along with its actuators, such as detectors, valves and/or like, and a pump unit (2), which consists of at least one pump (2a) that circulates the cooling medium, an expansion container (2b) and a piping (2c) in connection with the above along with its actuators, such as control (2d) and actuator valve arrangements, detectors and/or like. Particularly in order to further manufacturing, service and maintenance measures of a cooling machine unit, the pump unit (2) is being coupled with the rest of the cooling machine unit with a view to flow technic by means of a coupling arrangement (X) carried out on block principle, which arrangement comprises a first block structure (X1), being arranged in a fixed support structure (TR) of the cooling machine unit together with the cooling medium pipework (1) and the actuators belonging thereto, and on the other hand a second block structure (X2), being arranged in an integral manner with an auxiliary frame (AR) of the pump unit (2), the frame being removable from the support structure (TR) as a single entirety.

Abstract

An arrangement to conduct humidified air into a heat treatment oven of goods, as for instance a bakery oven (1) of bakery products (3), which oven comprises a conveying track (2) along which products are (3) are conveyed into the oven and a hole arrangements fitted in the oven, through which moving the products into oven (1) is carried out by means of said conveying track (2) and off the oven, and an equipment for heating the oven, as a gas burner (11). The arrangement includes a humidifÊcation unit (4) mountable/after-mountable outside the oven, which comprises a heated massive evaporator unit (5) and nozzle units (6) spraying water into it, whereby, in the outer unit (4) of said oven steam is produced water and the steam is fitted to be conducted together with conveying track (2) from the same hole into the oven.
