Abstract
Provided is a natural latex multi-phase ratio automatic control rapid homogenization system. The system comprises a powder filler slurry tank, a natural latex tank, a coagulant solution tank, a control system, a first mixing tank, and a second mixing tank. An outlet end of the powder filler slurry tank is connected to the first mixing tank by means of a first pipeline. An outlet end of the natural latex tank is connected to the first mixing tank by means of a second pipeline. An outlet end of the coagulant solution tank is connected to the second mixing tank by means of a third pipeline. An outlet end of the first mixing tank is connected to the second mixing tank by means of a fourth pipeline. The first pipeline, the second pipeline, and the third pipeline are each provided with a flow control device, and the flow control device is in signal connection with the control system.

Abstract
An automatic skim latex concentration system and a concentration method thereof. The system comprises a raw material tank (1), a circulation pump (2), a heat exchanger (3), an ultrafiltration membrane module (4), a cleaning pump (5), a cleaning water tank (6), and a clear liquid tank (7), wherein the raw material tank (1), the circulation pump (2), the heat exchanger (3) and the ultrafiltration membrane module (4) are connected in sequence; and the ultrafiltration membrane module (4) is further connected to the cleaning water tank (6) and the cleaning pump (5) in sequence. With the system, latex can be automatically concentrated to a target concentration, is then coagulated with organic acid, without using sulfuric acid, and is further dehydrated and dried to obtain a high-quality skim rubber. The method can be used to obtain concentrated skim latex with a high rubber content and a low non-rubber component content.

Abstract
An automatic feeding apparatus for a natural rubber packing machine, comprising a bracket (1), a telescopic frame (2), a movable frame (3), a drum (4), a pushing assembly and a feeding assembly. The telescopic frame (2) is connected to the bracket (1) by means of first telescopic members (5), and the movable frame (3) is connected to the telescopic frame (2) by means of a second telescopic member (6). The drum (4) is rotatably provided on the movable frame (3), and a plurality of troughs (41) for placing rubber sheets (7) are evenly distributed on the drum (4) along the circumferential direction. The pushing assembly is provided in the drum (4), and the pushing assembly performs telescopic movement by means of the rotation of the drum (4), so that when a trough (41) rotates to the bottom of the drum (4), the pushing assembly pushes a rubber sheet (7) out of the trough (41) and presses same on block rubber that needs to be replenished. The feeding assembly is provided on the movable frame (3), and the feeding assembly is in transmission connection with the drum (4), so that the feeding assembly pushes the rubber sheets (7) into the troughs (41). The apparatus effectively increases the feeding speed, solves the problem of manual feeding, has a high degree of automation, and further improves the replenishing efficiency of block rubber packing.

The elastic frame (12) is connected to the bracket (1), the weighing table (13) is fixed on the elastic frame (12), a fixed frame (17) is connected to the upper portion of the weighing table (13), a plurality of conveying rollers (171) are rotatably connected to the fixed frame (17), the locking members (14) are arranged on the bracket (1) and are used for controlling the elastic frame (12) to stretch out and draw back, the feeding assembly (15) is fixed on the bracket (1) and is located above the fixed frame (17), and the feeding assembly (15) can unlock the locking members (14) when completing feeding, such that the elastic frame (12) drives rubber blocks placed on the plurality of conveying rollers (171) to move downwards under gravity. The automatic weighing device for natural rubber can perform uninterrupted weighing and feeding on the rubber blocks processed by an assembly line, without needing manual weighing and feeding, thereby saving manpower and material resources; and the processing speed of the rubber blocks can be increased, thereby increasing the processing rate of the rubber blocks.

A device for testing the effect of spraying powder to a rubber plantation by an unmanned aerial vehicle, comprising an air guide tube (1), a baffle (2), and an adhesion plate (3). Abstract
Disclosed is a continuous method for preparing an elastomer composite material. The method comprises the following steps: providing a continuous flow of water-based elastomer latex; providing a continuous flow of water-based filler slurry; enabling the continuous flow of the water-based elastomer latex to be in contact and mixed with the continuous flow of the water-based filler slurry under the presence of at least of one coagulant, to obtain a post-contact material comprising a coagulated elastomer in which the filler is dispersed; and recycling the elastomer composite material from the post-contact material, wherein the coagulant is a compound of at least one essentially linear alkyl/alkylene group having 4-20, preferably 4-12 carbon atoms. Further disclosed are an elastomer composite material prepared by means of the method, a rubber product comprising the elastomer composite material, and a method for preparing the rubber product.
