Abstract

A safety-type locking seat and lock head, wherein the safety-type locking seat includes a seat (10) and a pole (11). There is a left-right tooth (14,15) on the pole (11). The pole (11) stands on one end of the seat (10) and a safety aperture base (12) lies on the other end, meanwhile, a safety aperture (13) is located on the safety aperture base (12). Moreover, the safety aperture base's width is smaller than the seat's. The stress point on the top of the safety aperture base (12) does not align itself with the safety aperture (13) in the direction of vertical. The safety-type lock head includes a tooth part (21) and a safety aperture part (22) formed with the tooth part (21). There is a safety aperture (23) on the safety aperture part (22). Furthermore, a bearing block (27) is set on the safety aperture part (22) to support it. Having finished the installation, the bearing block's bottom will be in the same plane with the seat's. The locking seat and lock head can improve the security for container because their safety apertures (13,23) are not apt to be distorted.

Abstract

A theft-proof lock bar device for container is disclosed. It can prevent the handle from detaching from the handle seat effectively after the rivet is destroyed, and it has a built-in structure, so this structure is incapable of being destroyed, and raises the safety performance of the container. Wherein, a protruding is installed on a plane by the side of the rivet hole in the front of the handle (8) corresponding to the side wall of the handle seat (2), a guide groove (20) is installed at the inside of the handle (8) to guide the protruding to enter into the inside of the handle seat (2), a rotary groove (19) is installed at the inside side wall of the handle (2) to rotate the protruding of the rivet after the handle (8) is riveted with the handle seat (8), and the guide groove (20) communicated with the rotary groove (19). When the rivet connects the handle (8) with the handle seat (2), the protruding is disengaged from the guide groove (20) to enter into the rotary groove (19). When the container is locked, the protruding is fixed after the other side of the handle (8) revolves it in the rotary groove (19) by a certain angle.
