According to the resource indication method and apparatus, the terminal, the network side device, and the storage medium provided by the present disclosure, the bit width of the first SRI domain in the DCI is determined by means of the number of resources comprised in the at least one SRS resource set among the plurality of SRS resource sets, such that the bit width of the first SRI domain is reasonably set, the problem that the DCI cannot indicate any SRI combination when indicating PUSCH single TRP transmission is solved, and the transmission performance of a PUSCH is ensured.
