Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic discharge steam trap comprising: a main body member (110) having an inflow path (113) and a discharge path (115) so that condensate water in a condensate water pipe flows in and is discharged therethrough; a lower flange member (130) having a pilot chamber (133) formed in a flange body (131) so that a pilot steam trap (138) is provided therein, and having a second bypass path (136) communicating with a first bypass path (118); a chamber unit (150) provided on the upper surface of the lower flange member (130) so as to form a chamber space part (153) to be filled with the condensate water; and an operating member (170) including a plunger (171), which can be lifted and lowered such that the discharge path (115) can be opened and closed, and a spring (175) provided on the upper surface of an upper flange (152), and thus the pilot steam trap can open a second nozzle by means of the condensate water flowing in through the inflow path, the upper flange is lifted by means of the condensate water flowing in through the second nozzle such that the plunger can be lifted, and a first nozzle having a large diameter is opened by the lifting of the plunger such that a large amount of the condensate water can be quickly discharged all at once.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a bellows-type steam trap structured to enlarge a bellows expansion and contraction range, and a bellows valve assembly of the bellows-type steam trap. An auxiliary expansion fluid accommodation space part for accommodating an expansion fluid is further provided inside an upper flange of the bellows valve assembly so as to be filled with twice or more the amount of the expansion fluid such that the bellows expansion and contraction range can be enlarged to significantly increase the operating force of a bellows and the discharge amount of condensed water, thereby enabling product performance to be improved.

Abstract

Abstract

The present invention relates to a steam trap. The steam trap comprises: a main body having a flow path between an inlet and an outlet; an opening and closing unit, installed at an outlet of the main body, for opening and closing the flow path; and an operation unit, installed in the flow path between the inlet and the outlet, for operating the opening and closing unit to close or open the flow path, wherein the opening and closing unit is provided with a nozzle that has a discharge hole for closing the outlet side of the flow path and a through-hole for communicating with the discharge hole during the opening operation of the opening and closing unit, and includes an opening and closing member which is in close contact with the nozzle at the inlet side of the flow path for blocking or opening the discharge hole while linearly moving, and an operating rod for connecting the operating unit and the opening and closing member to linearly move the opening and closing member to the operating unit. As such, the nozzle is vertically disposed, and the nozzle is opened and closed while the opening and closing member for opening and closing the nozzle is slid, and the amount of condensate discharge may be increased by using a nozzle having a large area relative to the operating force of the operation unit.
