A vehicle window panel includes a panel body having a plate shape and made of a resin material. The panel body integrally includes a window portion permitting light to pass therethrough. A conductive layer strip is formed on an interior surface of the window portion by applying a paste containing silver powder, as a main component, and thermosetting resin, as a binder, onto the interior surface. Abstract
A composite resin molded product has a molded product body made of a resin and a fiber sheet material inserted on the surface of the molded product body. The fiber sheet material is formed of a knitted fabric, and the rear surface of the knitted fabric faces the molded product. The surfaces of fiber yarns of the knitted fabric are integrated with the molded product body by melting and solidifying.
A plate body includes: an inner bulge protruded on one side of the panel body and recessed on the other side and has a periphery spaced from attachment parts; connector bulges having a certain width protruded on the one side of the plate body and recessed on the other side and connect the periphery of the inner bulge to the attachment parts; and an outer bulge recessed on the one side of the plate body and protruded on the other side and continuous with the inner bulge, the connector bulges and the attachment parts. The inner bulge, the connector bulges and the outer bulge of the plate body are expansion-molded and include a skin layer formed on the surface and has high resin density and an expanded layer formed therein and has a plurality of voids and low resin density relative to the skin layer.
A method of molding a resin molded body, wherein an annular mounting seat (11) integrally formed projectedly from one surface of a panel body (3) so as to surround a through hole (9) is formed of an inner mounting seat part (17) and an outer mounting seat part (19) formed double on the inner and outer sides and connecting mounting seat parts (21) connecting the inner mounting seat part (17) to the outer mounting seat part (19) at four positions. Skin layers (23) are formed on the surfaces of a door inner panel (1). An expansion layer (25) having a large number of voids is formed in the panel body (3). The mounting seat (11) and the panel body (3) between the inner mounting seat part (17) and the outer mounting seat part (19) are formed of a solid layer (27) without the expansion layer (25). Thus, the resin molded body having a lightweight but highly rigid mounting seat can be provided.
