The unfastened area forms a tunnel for the spine of the book. On that side of the inner sheet which is opposite to the fastened side there is an adhesive surface on both edge parts, and there is an adhesive-free area between the adhesive surfaces. On the side of the outer sheet which is opposite to the fastened side, there is an adhesive surface on both edge parts, and there is an adhesive-free area between the adhesive surfaces. The method performs the assembly set forth in the arrangement.
