The invention relates to a process for producing charge-air hoses (1) for motor vehicles. According to the invention, firstly a continuous inliner (3) is produced in a mandrel-less extrusion process with a pneumatic internal pressure. An elastomeric inner ply (7), a first drawn-loop knit ply (12), an elastomeric intermediate ply (20), a second drawn-loop knit ply (17) and an elastomeric outer ply (22) are then continuously applied to the inliner (7) in succession, thereby forming a continuous charge-air section. The first drawn-loop knit ply and the second drawn-loop knit ply are prepared from endless yarns with different helical orientations. After charge-air hose blanks have been cut to length, they are shaped by means of a mandrel with a curved longitudinal axis, with the charge-air hose blanks being widened. The use of the two differently oriented drawn-loop knit plies for mandrel-less production and widening on a mandrel leads to charge-air hoses in particular with good mechanical properties, a high service life and improved acoustic properties.

VULCANIZABLE RUBBER COMPOSITION, PARTICULARLY BASED ON ACM OR AEM, AND VULCANIZED MATERIAL, PARTICULARLY A HOSE MATERIAL
The invention relates to a vulcanizable rubber composition, comprising: - a rubber component or a rubber component blend, particularly based on ACM or AEM, and - mixing ingredients comprising at least one cross-linking system that likewise comprises a cross-linker and a co-cross-linker. The co-cross-linker is DBU. HMDAC is particularly used as a cross-linker. The vulcanized material is particularly a hose material, particularly also for use for an oil hose, turbocharger hose or fuel hose.
A connector arrangement connects an electrically-heatable hose to a piece of equipment. The connector arrangement is configured as a plug connection wherein the hose has a first plug connector which can be plugged into a mating second plug connector mounted on the piece of equipment. The hose has at least one heater lead embedded in the hose and the heater lead has an end segment brought out of the hose for fitting with the first plug connector. The first plug connector includes a body having an annular housing region defining an end. A connector stub is arranged on the end for receiving an end portion of the hose thereon. An annular receptacle is pushed onto the annular housing region and has a surface and a helical slot formed in the surface. The end segment of the heater lead is helically placed in the helical slot so as to spirally cover over the annular housing region.

Disclosed is a connecting device for media-conducting, electrically heatable pipes. Said connecting device is designed as a plug-in connection in which at least one pipe end is fitted with a plug-in connector that can be plugged onto a mating plug-in connector piece mounted on a motor vehicle unit. The electrically heatable pipe comprises an embedded electrical heating conductor, the ends of which are brought out of the pipe in order to be assembled with a plug. The plug-in connector (6; 26) at the pipe end has a cylindrical housing section (8) onto which a cylindrical heating conductor fixture (7) can be slid, the surface of said heating conductor fixture (7) being provided with a helical groove (11). The heating conductor is inserted into the helical groove (11) in a spiraling manner in such a way as to cover the cylindrical housing section (8) in a spiral-shaped fashion.

Abstract
The invention relates to a pipe (1) comprising a gas-tight screwed joint (2) that encompasses a connection piece (3), a counterpart (4), and a union nut (5), by means of which the connection piece (3) that is inserted into the counterpart (4) and the counterpart (4) are fixedly interconnected. In order to allow for an angular misalignment between the connection piece (3) and the counterpart (4), the sealing area (8) and the stop collar (9) of the connection piece (3) as well as the stop area (12) of the union nut (5) are designed in a spherical cap-shaped manner. The centers of the spherical cap areas (8, 9, 12) coincide in a common point (10), thus preventing the length of the pipe (1) from changing when the connection piece (3) and the counterpart (4) are angularly offset.
