Abstract

Disclosed is a backup statically indeterminate hanging structure of an aircraft, the structure comprising a left wall plate, a right wall plate, a hanging middle connector tab, and a lateral connecting rod. A side wall plate tab and a short beam middle connector tab (2) are superimposed together back-to-back in order to jointly transmit a heading load and a vertical load. When one tab is damaged, the other tab transmits the loads to ensure that the load of a hanging middle connector remains unchanged. Meanwhile, a wing hanging middle connector has a split design, thereby avoiding the overall failure of the wing hanging connector caused by crack growth. The side wall plate tab and a hanging short beam tab of the hanging structure form a redundancy design, and the single lateral connecting rod (3) is composed of two connecting pieces and forms a backup design, thereby facilitating a reduction in a concentrated force load of a wing lower wall plate, and further reducing the weight of a wing lower wall plate assembly.

Abstract

A connection structure for connecting a composite-material aircraft wing spar to a wing root region. The wing spar is C-shaped, and consists of a wing spar web (1), a wing spar upper edge bar (2.1), and a wing spar lower edge bar (2.2). The composite-material wing spar is fabricated by means of manual laying, automated tape laying in conjunction with hot diaphragm forming, automated fiber laying, etc. The wing spar is connected to both an outer wing wall plate and a connector by means of fasteners. At a connection position of the wing spar and wing root, the wing spar is truncated in advance according to connection requirements so as not to be directly connected to the wing root, a wing rib, or a central wing spar. In addition, cutting is performed on an end portion, and an edge region is rounded in order to prevent stress being concentrated at a region having a variable cross-section region during load transfer. The connection structure simplifies a force transmission path of a web, improves the load transferring efficiency of the web, reduces the number of fasteners, and reduces assembly difficulty.
