[Problem] To examine the influence proteoglycans exhibit on immune responses induced by a variety of immunogenic factors that act on dendritic cells, macrophages, and other such immune cells, and provide an agent or composition that is useful for modifying immune response. [Solution] An agent of modifying immune response, the agent containing proteoglycan as an active ingredient.
The weight of a separable child car seat can be minimized while strength is ensured. When a child car seat (1) is in use, a seat-side engaging portion (23) of a seat portion (11) and a back-side engaging portion (76) of a back portion (12) of a child car seat body (2) are engaged. Additionally, in the child car seat (1), a vehicle-engaging portion (24), which is a combination of metal components or the like, is engaged with a mounting bracket (50) of a vehicle. Using the child car seat (1), in cases such as when the vehicle stops suddenly while moving forward, a back-side contact portion (74) and a shock absorber (75) of the back portion (12) are brought into contact with a rear contact portion (34) of an armrest (22) in the seat portion (11), and the resultant force is transmitted from a lower contact portion (35) to the vehicle-engaging portion (24) via a reinforcing portion (33). As a result, in the child car seat (1), force from the back portion (12) can be received by the vehicle-engaging portion (24) to prevent the back portion (12) from turning, and a seated infant can therefore be protected with substantially no change to the position or angle of the back portion (12) relative to the seat portion (11).
The present invention makes it easier to put an infant in and out of a seat. A child vehicle seat (1) is provided with a spring member attachment hole (43) outside a belt insertion hole (41) in a backrest displacement portion (14) on each of the left side and the right side. A front end of a spring member (70) attached to the spring member attachment hole (43) is directed toward the center in the left-right direction. Moreover, in the child vehicle seat (1), a spring member storage axis (X84) of a shoulder belt cover (66) is tilted with respect to a belt insertion axis (X83) on each of the left and right sides. As a result, the child vehicle seat (1) can support shoulder belts (62), etc. so as to widen outward in the left-right direction along with advancement of same without unnecessary interference of the parts in cases where a seat belt group (4) is not used. This makes it possible to easily and smoothly put an infant in and out of the seat.
This invention uses a simple configuration to enable stable maintenance of a compactly assembled state. A child vehicle seat 1 has a stacked state such that a back support surface 12S of a back portion 12 and a seat surface 21S of a seat portion 11 are stacked opposing each other. Moreover, a top tether 5 is routed so as to pass on a side of a seat body lower surface 21L of the seat portion 11. A tether metal part 74 is engaged with an engagement shaft 49 of the back portion 12. A tether belt 71 is stretched by an adjustment portion 72. As a result, the child vehicle seat 1 can maintain the stacked state in which the seat portion 11 is stacked on the back portion 12 through use of the top tether 5. The child vehicle seat 1 can be stored while tilted in various tilted postures and can easily be transported while tilted in the various tilted postures while maintaining this stacked state.
The present invention can neatly accommodate a top tether with a simple configuration. This child seat (1) is provided with an accommodation recess (26) in a seat part (11) of a child seat body (2), and a through-hole (13) is formed in boundary portions of the seat part (11) and a back part (12) when both are coupled together. While the child seat body (2) is in an unsecured usage state in which the top tether (5) is not used, the top tether (5) is inserted through the through-hole (13) from the rear side toward the front side thereof and a top tether head part (5F) is accommodated in the accommodation recess (26). As a result, in the child seat (1), while the child seat body (2) is in the unsecured usage state, the top tether head part (5F) can be accommodated in the seat part (11) and a root-side portion of a tether belt (71) can be maintained in a state of being roughly in tight contact with the child seat body (2).
A rocking bed (1) according to an embodiment comprises a sheet body (2), a base (3), a shaft member (12), plungers (13, 14) secured to the shaft member (12), a solenoid (9) that generates a magnetic field that attracts the plungers (13, 14) in a rocking direction, a rocking control circuit (7) that controls the rocking motion of the sheet body (2) by exciting the solenoid (9) at prescribed timings, and a side wall (11) disposed in proximity to the solenoid (9) on the outer side of the solenoid (9) in the rocking direction to enhance the magnetic field generated by the solenoid (9). The solenoid (9) is provided with a through-hole (91a) extending in the rocking direction. A through-hole (11a) connected to the through-hole (91a) is formed in the side wall (11). The shaft member (12) is inserted into the through-hole (91a) and the through-hole (11a). The inner diameter of the through-hole (11a) is less than or equal to the inner diameter of the through-hole (91a).
This holding member (51, 52) holds the end portions of hip belts (12, 13) and the end portions of shoulder belts (14, 15) of a child belt (10) including a crotch belt (11), hip belts (12, 13), and shoulder belts (14, 15) detachably connecting to each other.
The purpose of the present invention is to enable easy seating and lifting of an infant in and from a child car seat in a state in which the child car seat is installed on a vehicle. A child car seat (1) is configured so as to allow rotation of a seat portion (30) with respect to a reception stand portion (10), wherein an engagement maintenance portion (33F) protrudes outward from an intermediate cylindrical portion (33E) in a lower engaged body (33) of the seat portion (30), and a plurality of holding protrusions (25) are provided so as to partially overlap with a circumferential trajectory (L33F) in the reception stand portion (10). As a result, when the seat portion (30) is turned by approximately 90 degrees with respect to the reception stand portion (10) from a front-facing state or a rear-facing state, the child car seat (1) positions the engagement maintenance portion (33F) between the two holding protrusions (25) so that the seat portion (30) can be maintained in a side-facing state.

Abstract
It is found that 23SrRNA of strain EC-12 belonging to a lactic acid bacterium Enterococcus faecalis species has an activity of promoting the production of IL-12 that plays an important role in immunomodulation. It is also found that, in 23SrRNA composed of 2909 nucleotides, a part having the promoting activity is single-stranded RNA lying between position-1974 to position-2152 and composed of 179 nucleotides. It is also found that the minimum sequence necessary for exhibiting the promoting activity is a nucleotide sequence lying between position-2055 to position-2074 in 23SrRNA. Further, it is also found that single-stranded RNA comprising this nucleotide sequence promotes or inhibits the production of many factors, including IL-12, which are involved in immune response.

When administered to bedsore model mice to examine the bedsore-relieving effect, an Enterococcus faecalis strain (EC-12 strain), which is an example of lactic acid bacteria, exhibited a significant effect of relieving bedsore from the early stage after the formation of the bedsore in the mice. Thus, it is clarified that the Enterococcus faecalis strain (EC-12 strain) is very advantageously usable in drugs, foods and drinks for preventing bedsore or healing the same at the early stage.
