Abstract
A device for processing aluminum and aluminum alloy fusant is provided with an aluminum melting furnace (1), an exchange chamber A (2), and an exchange chamber B (3) communicating with one another. A rotation means (8) with a graphite rotor at the bottom is disposed in the exchange chamber A. The exchange chamber B is connected to a fusion agent chamber (4) through a heat-resisting stainless steel sleeve (6) in which a screw rod (5) is arranged. Top portions of the exchange chamber A and the exchange chamber B are provided with inert gas inlets (7, 9) respectively. Through the processing device, the fusion agent can be proportionally added at fixed time in fixed quantity, thereby reducing the oxidization speed of the fusion agent, improving the utilization ratio of the fusion agent, and providing a good degassing and deslagging effect.

Abstract
An improved wheel coating process comprises: pretreatment-drying-spraying of base powder-curing-spraying of a colored paint-spraying of a protective paint-curing-machining and lathing of a bright surface-pretreatment—drying-spraying of transparent powder or a transparent paint. By optimizing the process parameters for spraying and curing, the machining efficiency of a fine-lathed shiny wheel is improved, and the appearance and quality are improved.
