Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for preparing multi-compound ester insulating oil. The method utilizes vacuum esterification, involving esterification of pentaerythritol and fatty acid, followed by vacuum distillation, adsorption, washing, suction filtration, and vacuum drying to produce pure synthetic ester insulating oil. By detecting saturated fatty acid content, polarization strength, and closed-cup flash point, the most suitable natural ester insulating oil is selected. Ten different proportions of mixed ester insulating oils are obtained through blending and tested for mass and heat changes in nitrogen and air environments. Dielectric performance parameters at varying temperatures are analyzed to calculate activation energy. The resulting mixed ester insulating oil, NSE3 (85 vol % KA+15 vol % FR3), exhibits a high flash point, low pour point, and high AC breakdown voltage, offering excellent comprehensive performance. The physical, chemical, electrical, and thermal properties, along with the activation energy, have been significantly enhanced.

Abstract

BSBB into two coils, and connecting the two coils in a full-bridge rectifier circuit at a receiving end of a WPT system. In this way, it can be ensured that the currents in the two coils are always at positive values, thereby achieving a corresponding current-doubling effect, improving the power density of the system, and reducing the weight of an on-board end. Moreover, by means of designing the inductance value of the current-doubling coil, ripples in an output voltage can be reduced while ensuring output power remaining unchanged. In the present invention, providing a current-doubling rectifier topology of a current-doubling inductive coil is also applicable to other circuit topologies having the problem of excessive inductance, and the present invention has the universal applicability characteristic for a circuit topology in wireless transmission.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacture sintered anode aluminum foil. Ultrasound was used to change the stacking structure of aluminum powder on the surface of the anode aluminum foil, allowing aluminum powder particles of different sizes to form a gradient distribution in the thickness of the aluminum powder layer, with a gradual decrease in average particle size from bottom to top, larger voids in the lower layer, and denser and larger surface area in the upper layer. Therefore, the specific capacitance and the withstand voltage were improved. By introducing ultrasonic vibration, this invention can simultaneously enhance the specific capacitance and withstand voltage of anode aluminum foil after high-temperature sintering and anodizing, while traditional sintering methods cannot obtain high specific capacitance and withstand voltage performance simultaneously.

Abstract

An electric vehicle wireless charging system for performing identity (ID) authentication on the basis of a PDM characteristic wave. After an electric vehicle stops in a charging area, by means of controlling the pulse density of an inverter switch of a charging end, the system transmits to the electric vehicle an electric energy signal carrying ID information of the charging end, and the electric vehicle identifies an ID signal and is connected to the charging end and then returns an ID signal of the electric vehicle, such that ID authentication and communication connection between the electric vehicle and the charging end before charging are realized. IDs of different charging ends are defined by means of the switching frequencies of switches, and different switching frequencies correspond to different pieces of ID information, such that the advantages of high accuracy and simple detection are achieved. On the basis of a wireless electric energy transmission method, the switching frequencies of switches correspond to different electric energy transmission values, ID information of a charging end is transmitted to an electric vehicle by means of electric energy, and other additional devices are not required during an ID authentication process, such that the structure is simple, and the cost is saved on.

Abstract

A pressure-free membrane-type oxygen permeation biofilm reactor driven by sewage thermal energy includes an aeration element, the aeration element is internally provided with a nonporous hollow fiber membrane, and two ends of the nonporous hollow fiber membrane are connected to a cold air chamber and a hot air chamber respectively. A temperature difference is formed between the cold air chamber and the hot air chamber, which can promote air flow inside the membrane and promote mass transfer of oxygen within a biofilm. A problem that energy consumption of sewage purification is unable to compensate due to a low thermal energy grade in sewage can be solved. A high efficiency of oxygen mass transfer is realized, stable functional zones of the biofilm are divided, and a sewage purification efficiency is improved. Dissolved methane can be used as an internal carbon source generated by anaerobic digestion to reduce nitrite in sewage.

Abstract

4. By adopting the three-component molten salt system of the present invention, recovery rates of rare earth elements extracted from NdFeB waste all can reach 98% or above. By adopting the three-component molten salt system, extraction temperature is 100-400° C. lower than that of all current similar halogenation methods, and extraction time is fold shorted to 1-3 h. The reduction of the extraction temperature and the shortening of the melting time greatly reduce the energy consumption of extracting rare earth elements from NdFeB waste, and the economic benefits are remarkable.

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a noble metal-transition metal-based nano-catalyst thin film and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the fields of energy development and pollutant emission reduction. Based on a micro-nano processing technology, a noble metal-transition metal-based nano-catalyst thin film is loaded on a semi-cylindrical pipe with an inner thread structure, and heat generated is quickly accumulated on an upper surface of the catalyst to establish a large temperature gradient. By the insulation and high roughness of an alumina carrier layer and the inner thread structure of the pipe, a catalyst loading area is maximized and dispersion of noble metal atoms is enhanced. A transition metal-transition metal oxide thin film protects a noble metal nano-catalyst by core-shell wrapping, and a transition metal oxide prevents catalyst deactivation caused by oxygen occupying too many metal active sites.

Abstract

A method for growing long-seed DKDP crystal by two-dimensional motion grows the crystal along the cylindrical surface, and there is no cylinder-cone interface with low optical quality, while avoiding three flow regions which are inevitable in the crystal growth process by rotating crystal method, including incident flow, side flow and wake flow, and easily cause inclusion formation. The long seed crystal moves periodically in the fresh solution, four cylindrical surfaces can achieve reversible shear flow in one cycle, and any point on the cylindrical surface experiences the same hydrodynamic conditions in one movement cycle, so that the solute supply is sufficient and uniform, the growth velocity is improved, and the stability of morphology is ensured. The method facilitates rapid growth of high quality DKDP crystals and provides a better solution for the large-size, high-quality DKDP crystal growth required by the ICF laser device.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and in particular, to a friction kinematic pair equivalent model and a building method therefor. Friction test data of a friction pair are subjected to statistical analysis modeling and superposition according to high and low frequency bands, and an equivalent model capable of reflecting both high and low frequency characteristics of the friction pair is constructed. For low frequency band friction characteristics of the friction pair, positive pressure input information is introduced, and a traditional LuGre model is deformed to obtain implicit relationships between a friction response and a relative speed of the friction pair and positive pressure input. For high frequency band friction characteristics of the friction pair, positive pressure input information is introduced in combination with friction self-power spectrum hypothesis in a power function form to obtain an implicit relationship between the friction response and a positive pressure of the friction pair. The equivalent model provided in the present invention can reflect relationships between the friction and the positive pressure and the relative speed, and can express friction characteristics of a wide frequency band, and has good applicability.

Abstract

A rapid prediction method for vibration response of a local nonlinear system, relating to the field of mechanical engineering, and comprising: dividing an entire system into a main linear system part and local nonlinear links, processing each local nonlinear link into an equivalent model, so as to express a nonlinear mapping relationship between local friction force or impact force and friction motion or impact motion, and achieve rapid and accurate prediction of friction force or impact force in each local nonlinear link, thereby achieving rapid prediction of forced vibration response of the entire system by means of combined calculation. Compared with abnormal sound vibration analysis or abnormal sound risk evaluation technology (such as SAR-Line and E-Line) in the prior art, the method considers the actual effect of an abnormal sound source or a friction pair and an impact pair, so that the basis for estimation of the structural abnormal sound risk caused by the abnormal sound source or the friction pair under external excitation is more sufficient, and the precision of structural vibration response prediction is higher.

Abstract

A PT primary voltage reconstruction method based on an inverse black box model and an inverse electromagnetic duality model, comprising: acquiring a secondary voltage signal of a power system by means of a PT and dividing the secondary voltage signal into a low-frequency voltage component and a high-frequency voltage component (S1); performing, by using an inverse black box model, primary voltage reconstruction on the high-frequency voltage component so as to obtain a primary voltage high-frequency voltage component (S2); performing, by using an inverse electromagnetic duality model, primary voltage reconstruction on the low-frequency voltage component so as to obtain a primary voltage low-frequency voltage component (S3); and integrating the primary voltage high-frequency voltage component and the primary voltage low-frequency voltage component to obtain a primary voltage of the power system (S4). According to the method, the high-frequency voltage component and the low-frequency voltage component which are divided from the secondary voltage signal acquired by the PT are respectively processed by using the inverse black box model and the inverse electromagnetic duality model to obtain the primary voltage high-frequency voltage component and the primary voltage low-frequency voltage component, which are added to obtain the primary voltage, so that the obtained primary voltage is not influenced by distortion in a PT acquisition process, and the data accuracy is high.

Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a design method for an inner tooth profile of a complex-wave oscillating-tooth speed reducer, and a two-stage speed reducer. For a time-varying pitch curve meshing form of the contour of an elliptical cam, inner tooth profiles of two stages of transmission are respectively obtained by using a B-matrix kinematic method. A meshing matrix has a uniqueness which does not change along with a change in the form of a conjugate surface, and therefore the calculation of a B matrix is unrelated to a geometric parameter of the conjugate surface, and regardless of an expression of the conjugate surface, the same B matrix can be used for calculation and analysis. Compared with a traditional oscillating-tooth profile design method based on an envelope theory, the calculation process is simplified, the design efficiency and the design precision are improved, and the complexity of subsequent machining is reduced, thereby reducing the machining cost.

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for identifying secondary reservoir formation boundaries and combined extraction of multiple asymmetric mining coalbed methane. This method fully combines the displacement transfer mechanism after multiple mining to determine its influence on a horizontal thrust of overlying strata after a first mining, and then determines evolution characteristics of pressure arches. Combining the identification of different types of pressure arches with a layout of a surface well accurately determines a secondary reservoir formation range of coalbed methane. By adopting the method of mining face overlying strata in series for combined extraction, coalbed methane from multiple mine faces is extracted by one well to greatly improve the coalbed methane extraction effect.

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of weather-resistant hydrogel roadbeds, and in particular to a water content and dense state regulation and control method based on a weather-resistant hydrogel roadbed operation period. For the problem that existing roadbeds are inconvenient to automatically regulate and control when there is too much or too little water, the following scheme is proposed: the method comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning and compacting the surface of a foundation; S2, preparing a hydrogel roadbed filler; S3, laying prepared hydrogel roadbed raw materials on the surface of the foundation to form a first layer of improved roadbed; and S4, laying a plurality of layers of plain soil roadbed on the surface of the improved roadbed. According to the present invention, water absorption and release functions of a modified resin and the characteristics of a gel state thereof are combined for mixed use, and the improved roadbed is laid in a layered mode, such that when the water content in the roadbed is increased to a certain threshold, the modified resin can absorb water and is slightly swelled, and a strength and compactness protection layer can also be formed on a connection section of the foundation and the roadbed and a connection section of the roadbed and a pavement, thereby preventing the pot cover effect.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is an end force soft measurement method for a hydraulic manipulator. First, a dynamics model of a hydraulic manipulator is built, and linearization processing is performed on the dynamics model to build a linear model of a minimum inertial parameter set of the manipulator and a corresponding regression matrix thereof; and in order to minimize the number of conditions of the regression matrix, a finite Fourier series coefficient is solved to generate an excitation trajectory. Then, under a load-free condition, the manipulator runs the excitation trajectory once, values of pressure sensors in two cavities of a hydraulic cylinder are collected, and a hydraulic drive torque τ is calculated by means of the pressure of the two cavities of the hydraulic cylinder. Joint angles, angular velocities, and angular acceleration at time points are substituted into a regression matrix Y, for combination into a total matrix. Finally, a dynamics parameter of the manipulator is calculated according to the obtained hydraulic drive torque τ and regression matrix Y. According to the end force soft measurement method provided in the present invention, an end force sensor can be replaced, so that the problem that a force sensor is prone to damage under a complex working condition and thus cannot accurately sense an end force is solved.
