Abstract

A method for improving the glossiness and ink color fastness of a printed color film is disclosed. The printed color film is a composite biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. The method includes: (1) pre-treating the outer and inner surfaces of the composite BOPP film; (2) coating the outer and inner surfaces of the composite BOPP film with a surface-modifying coating agent and drying at a high temperature; and (3) printing the outer surface of the composite BOPP film with a water-based colored ink, and drying to obtain the printed color film. An application of the printed color film obtained by the method for tobacco packaging film to improve the glossiness and the ink color fastness of the printed color film is also disclosed.

A method for evaluating the possibility of a cigarette burning cone to fall off is disclosed. The method uses a manipulator simulation device to simulate the smoking of a cigarette, and measures the maximum deviation of the cigarette burning cone, and then uses angle summing and averaging to add the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cones measured for multiple cigarettes and obtain an average value, and then evaluates the possibility of the cigarette burning cone to fall by the average value of the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cone. The method is new, and compared with an existing method using state information of the cigarette burning cone “falling” and “not falling,” the method can more accurately, directly and timely reflect the state of the cigarette burning cone.

The method and system for evaluating the closure quality of a cover of a small hard pack in the present application accurately and quantitatively evaluate a cover slit by means of an image processing technique, and a test result is quickly obtained by means of a comparison with standard parameters during testing; and compared with a manual slit evaluation method, the present invention has high accuracy, and avoids problems such as inconsistent evaluation standards, empirical evaluation and individualized evaluation.

The crystallinity and the temperature resistance gradually change from inside to outside in the tows, such that the whole filter rod has better temperature resistance, and the filter performance of the polylactic acid tows is improved.

A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.

According to the obtained transparent cavity filter rod cigarette, the tipping adhesive is excellent in bonding performance, the tipping paper is firmly bonded, the cigarette is free of wrinkles and cracking, the tipping position is tightly bonded, and the phenomenon of air leakage is avoided during suction.

A real-time online analysis device for substance pyrolysis, including: a pyrolyzing system (1), a capturing system (2), a testing system (3) and a controlling system (4) is disclosed. The pyrolyzing system (1), the capturing system (2) and the testing system (3) are connected with the controlling system (4). The capturing system (2) has a cooling cavity (22) and a heating cavity (23) inside. The temperature of the cooling cavity (22) ranges from room temperature to −200° C., and the temperature of the heating cavity (23) ranges from room temperature to 1000° C. A method for real-time online analysis of substance pyrolysis using the device is also disclosed. The present device can provide real-time online pyrolysis, capturing, separation and analysis of substances at a plurality of temperature points or ranges.

A method for measuring the content of methanol in burst bead essential oil for a cigarette by using a fully vaporized headspace gas chromatography method, comprising the following steps: (1) after burst bead essential oil for a cigarette is subjected to ultrasonic treatment, putting the burst bead essential oil for a cigarette into a headspace bottle and sealing; (2) putting the headspace bottle in step (1) into a headspace sample injector, and measuring a signal value of methanol in the headspace bottle by means of a fully vaporized headspace gas chromatography method; and (3) substituting the signal value of methanol obtained in step (2) into a standard curve to obtain the content of methanol in the burst bead essential oil for a cigarette. The beneficial effect is that the measurement method is simple and convenient to operate and high in accuracy.

The supporting section (2) has a perfuming function and is provided with a large hollow hole (22) and a plurality of small perfuming holes (21); the plurality of small perfuming holes (21) surround the outer side of the large hollow hole (22), and perfuming capsules (11) are arranged at the ends of the sides, close to the fuming core material section (1), in some of the small perfuming holes (21); an impermeable layer is arranged in forming paper (5); and ventilation holes (31) running through the breathable hollow section (3) in the radial direction are formed in the breathable hollow section (3). When an aerosol generating product is used, perfuming is automatically performed such that the perfuming efficiency and the fragrance release stability are improved. The breathable hollow section (3) introduces air, such that the vaping resistance can be reduced, the comfort can be improved, and the vapor amount and the proper vapor temperature are further guaranteed.

Abstract

A method for manufacturing and packaging special-shaped cigarettes. The method comprises the following steps: designing inner packaging box paper capable of being folded to form a special-shaped-cigarette accommodating cavity; folding the inner packaging box paper to form the special-shaped-cigarette accommodating cavity; filling the special-shaped-cigarette accommodating cavity with a common cigarette; and after leaving same to stand for a certain time, the cross section of the common cigarette changing from a round shape into a special shape, and accommodating the common cigarette in the special-shaped-cigarette accommodating cavity, wherein the diameter of an inscribed circle of the special-shaped-cigarette accommodating cavity is smaller than that of the common cigarette, and the inner packaging box paper is made of cardboard or a food-grade PVC sheet.
