Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and in particular to a data transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when a user terminal using a control plane transmission mode is in an idle state, determining whether the user terminal needs to be converted from the control plane transmission mode to a user plane transmission mode; and if it is determined that the user terminal needs to be converted to the user plane transmission mode, initiating a service request process to a network side so as to convert same to the user plane transmission mode for data transmission. By means of the embodiments of the present application, when a narrow band Internet of things user using a control plane transmission mode enters an idle state, and when it is foreseen that a big data packet needs to be transmitted next, data transmission can be performed by directly converting the idle state to a user plane transmission mode, so that the conversion of a data transmission process can be reduced, thereby saving system signaling overheads, and reducing packet loss and disorder.

Abstract

Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a synchronization method, a synchronization device, a synchronization apparatus and a system. The method applied in a first device comprises: synchronizing the first device with N second devices adjacent to the first device to obtain a time signal of a master time of each of the second devices, N being an integer not less than 2; locking and tracking said N time signals, to form N slave times; and calibrating, according to the N slave times, the master time of the first device. First, after the time signals of the second devices are obtained, the time signals will be locked and tracked to form slave times, thus avoiding the problem that synchronization cannot be achieved when acquiring time signals repeatedly or multiple times or the synchronization effects are poor. Second, the first device obtains the time signals of a plurality of adjacent second devices to synchronize with, rather than to be synchronized with an upstream device, thereby reducing the accumulation of synchronization errors caused by the synchronization of the downstream device and the upstream device, improving synchronization accuracy.

Abstract

A data retransmission method provided according to an embodiment includes that: retransmitted data transmitted to User Equipment (UE) by a base station on a second carrier is received, the retransmitted data being data failed to be transmitted previously on a first carrier; and the received retransmitted data is merged with initially transmitted data received previously on the first carrier and corresponding to the retransmitted data. The embodiment may ensure timely retransmission after a data transmission failure, reduce a data retransmission delay and also reduce a packet loss phenomenon caused by a relatively long retransmission waiting time. Moreover, the UE may merge the received retransmitted data with the initially transmitted data, so that data transmission continuity is ensured, and network performance is improved.

By means of the embodiments of the present application, when a narrow band Internet of things user using a control plane transmission mode enters an idle state, and when it is foreseen that a big data packet needs to be transmitted next, data transmission can be performed by directly converting the idle state to a user plane transmission mode, so that the conversion of a data transmission process can be reduced, thereby saving system signalling overheads, and reducing packet loss and disorder.
