Abstract

The invention relates to a sprocket for chain drives, having a rotational axis D and having two groups of pockets (20, 30), which are arranged adjacent to one another and offset with respect to one another on the periphery of the sprocket, for chain links which pass the sprocket in an oblique position. Each pocket (20, 30) is delimited at the side by a side wall (24; 34) and by an opposing wall (26, 36) and in the peripheral direction by webs (31; 21). In order to be able to produce a sprocket for obliquely running-in chain links more easily, and to create a better force distribution, according to the invention the side wall and the opposite wall of a pocket form contact surfaces for the chain links, which contact surfaces run obliquely with respect to the rotational axis D and extend to a base section (25, 35) of the pockets.

Abstract

The invention relates to a guide shoe for a roller-type loader, particularly for a drive assembly for a roller-type loader, comprising at least one base wall (51), a guide piece on the side of the base wall for engaging under a lantern pinion (7) of a lantern pinion arrangement and comprising a guide surface for engaging behind the lantern pinion. In order to allow for shorter downtime periods when repairing the drive assembly for a roller-type loader due to wear, and in order to reduce the susceptibility to wear due to the design, the guide piece and the guide surface are provided on wear inserts (70), which are mounted, or can be mounted, on the guide shoe such that they can be preferably moved and replaced. The pivoting mobility of the guide pieces can be limited by means of pivot delimiting strips or can be prevented by means of clamping strips.

Abstract

The invention relates to a shield-type support frame for the mining industry, comprising two horizontal runners (50), two front guide rods (20), and two rear guide rods (30), which each are supported pivotally on the horizontal runner (50) by means of a front or rear swivel pin (5, 8). Each guide rod has two stringers (21, 31), which with the ends thereof protrude beyond a center bar (22, 32), which rigidly connects the stringers, as lower and upper fork joints. In order to minimize the risk of blockages of the guide rod when retracting the guide rod gear mechanism by means of design measures on the guide rod and/or on the horizontal runner, at least the center bars (22) of the front guide rods (20) with the fronts (25) thereof are disposed at a distance from the lower fork joints (23) of the front guide rods (20), while forming vertical debris pass-throughs (26), and/or the horizontal runners (50) are provided with oblique bottoms (53) for lateral debris removal. The invention also relates to the horizontal runners.

Abstract

The invention relates to a link chain for scraper chain conveyors having vertical chain links (1), suspended in an articulated manner one inside the other, and horizontal chain links (2), wherein the vertical chain links (1), all the way round, have a constant cross-sectional profile (10) provided with a flattened portion on the outside and with a curved portion on the inside, and the horizontal chain links (2) have front parts (6) with a rectilinear end zone (7), and wherein the longitudinal legs (5) of the horizontal chain links (2), these legs connecting the front parts (6), are provided with a narrowing (18) on their outer surfaces. In order to improve the running behaviour of the link chain (50) in the case of low surface pressure between the chain wheel and the horizontal chain links (2), the horizontal chain links (2) have on both sides, in the narrowing (18), carry-along means (21) by means of which scrapers which can be connected to the horizontal chain links (2) are carried along in a form-fitting manner and/or the cross-sectional profile (10) of the vertical chain links is provided with bevelling in each case at the transition between the flattened portion and the curved portion. The invention also relates to a chain wheel which is suitable for this chain.

Abstract

In the case of the arrangement according to the invention for extracting extraction products in caving, the extraction product being removed downwards, by way of a removal hopper (10), into a removal section (11) and being transferred, from the latter, to a removal conveyor arranged in a conveying section, wherein the removal section extends transversely between the conveying section (13) and an auxiliary section (12) moved up parallel to the latter, a loading ramp (16) is arranged in the removal section (11) and forms a ramp surface which is oriented essentially transversely to the conveying direction of the removal conveyor and is inclined in the direction of this removal conveyor. In order for it to be possible to regulate the quantity of extraction material removed by way of the removal hopper and to clear out the removal section quickly and particularly straightforwardly when it has become clogged with extraction material, the invention makes provision for the removal section to be provided with a rail guide (19) which is fixed on the floor or footwall (15), which extends in the region between the auxiliary section and the conveying section, up to which the loading ramp (16) leads and along which this can be displaced, by means of a displacement drive (20), in the direction of the conveying section and in the opposite direction.
