Abstract
A portable host device (15) is for use in a continuous enteral nutritional monitoring system. It has a coupler (16, 17) for releasable physical coupling to a flow sensor (13), and a BLE wireless flow interface (21) for receiving flow data from a sensor. It has a processor (21) for uploading the flow data from the site of the flow at the patient to an application (150) for receiving the uploaded data and processing it to provide user data concerning nutritional monitoring. This may be a mobile device. The host device has a battery (20) and a charging port (18, 25) for charging the battery at a charging station (50), and so it is portable for use continuously relaying flow data to an application. The invention also provides a system including the host device, a coupled flow sensor, and an application for a user device such as a smartphone. The system provides continuous enteral nutritional monitoring, which is especially advantageous for many patients.

Abstract
An enteral feeding device (1) has a shell (2) having a neck (14) and a module (10) which is insertable into the shell. The module (10) has a coupler (16) which is releasably engageable with the neck, such as by push fitting until there is snap-fitting. The module has at a proximal end a spout (22) and at a distal end an expansile reservoir (25) configured to expand when filled to fit within a volume of the shell. The shell is pear shaped to match shape of the reservoir (25) when full.

Abstract
An enteral feeding apparatus comprises a pod having an expansile pouch which defines a reservoir for enteral fluid and a gas impermeable barrier surrounding the pouch. The pod has an inlet port for delivery of enteral fluid into the pouch and an outlet port having a seal which is pierceable to release enteral fluid from the pouch for delivery to a PEG via a feeding line. The expansile pouch provides the sole force by which enteral fluid is delivered from the pouch through a regulator. The system can accommodate a range of enteral fluids with a wide range of viscosities.

Abstract
A portable enteral feeding apparatus includes a pouch which defines a reservoir for enteral fluid and having an outlet for delivery of enteral fluid from the pouch. An outlet spout has a pouch spigot connected to the pouch outlet and a connector spigot which is adapted for mounting of a connector shaft, in one case a cross fit shaft of an ENFit connector. A valve is mounted to the spout. The connector spigot has a mounting structure for mounting a connector shaft of a PEG feeding system to the connector spigot only when the connector shaft is extended through the valve. An interlock prevents fixing of a connector shaft to the connector spigot if the connector shaft is not extended through the valve.

Abstract
A docking station receives an enteral feeding pump or food pod into a cradle with a scales platform. The docking station is calibrated to determine nutritional data consumption and remaining available food on the basis of remaining food weight and nutritional data read from a tag using NFC. The station has a sealing sleeve with a sealing rim to confine any spillages in a manner which does not affect weight of the device on a weighting platform.
