Abstract
Disclosed are a delivery cylinder and a manufacturing method thereof, and pumping equipment comprising same. The delivery cylinder preparation method comprises the following steps: forming a first intermediate cylinder body by machining; performing high-frequency induction hardening on an inner surface of the first intermediate cylinder body, forming a hardened layer on the inner surface of the first intermediate cylinder body, and forming a second intermediate cylinder body; and electroplating a chromium layer on an inner surface of the hardened layer, thereby forming the delivery cylinder. The method improves the hardness of the surface of the cylinder body by means of high-frequency induction hardening, making the difference in the hardness between the surface of the cylinder body and the chromium layer electroplated thereon small. Moreover, the thickness of the electroplated hard chromium layer is reduced, thereby decreasing the interlayer stress between the surface of the cylinder body and the chromium layer as well as the internal stress and fragility of the electroplated layer, in turn decreasing the cracking rate of the chromium layer on the surface of the delivery cylinder, reducing the risk of the hard chromium layer coming off and thus extending the service life of the delivery cylinder. In addition, this high-frequency induction hardening technique is highly efficient, is low cost, benefits industrial production, and is able to reduce the thickness of the hard chromium layer, thereby reducing the cost of the electroplating and benefitting the environment.

Abstract
A method, apparatus, and system for use in controlling the position of a boom end of a boom apparatus. The boom apparatus comprises multi-segment booms (1a and 1b) connected to each other, while adjacent booms are provided therebetween with a boom oil cylinder (2). The method comprises: prior to controlling the boom end to move from a current position to a target position, calculating for each boom oil cylinder a current angle, a target angle, and a change in an angle of horizontal rotation; calculating a control current of each boom oil cylinder on the basis of this data and of a prestored control model of each boom oil cylinder; applying the control current calculated to the corresponding boom oil cylinder, continuing for a corresponding length of time, and controlling each boom to rotate horizontally to the change in the angle, thereby controlling the boom end to move from the current position to the target position. During the period when the current is applied, as the need for feeding back the inclination angle of the boom is obviated, and as the need for considering the posture of the boom is obviated, the method, apparatus, and system allow for precise control of the position of the boom end, thus providing great applicability and engineering practicability.

The measuring device comprises: a shaft (10); a weight (20), the weight (20) being connected to the shaft (10) and driving the shaft (10) to rotate around the axis of the shaft (10) when the inclination angle of an object to be measured changes; a sensor (30), used for detecting the angle or the arc length by which the shaft (10) rotates around the axis of the shaft (10); and a processor (40), connected to the sensor (30) and used for receiving the angle or the arc length and calculating the inclination angle according to the angle or the arc length. The device uses purely mechanical elements to perform inclination angle measurement, so as to solve the problem that a micro-mechanical sensing element has a great temperature drift and even fails to function above 85°C. Further, the inclination angle is calculated according to a linear formula, thereby avoiding the nonlinear problem of the micro-mechanical sensing element and improving the measurement accuracy.

Abstract
Disclosed are a hydraulic oil flow distribution method and a device thereof for hydraulic system. The hydraulic system includes multiple oil passages and an oil pump from which hydraulic oil is supplied to the multiple oil passages. The method includes the following steps of: calculating the hydraulic oil flow supplied by the oil pump by a first hydraulic oil flow calculating device (10), calculating the hydraulic oil flow required for the multiple oil passages by a second hydraulic oil flow calculating device (20), and calculating the ratio between the supplied hydraulic oil flow and the required hydraulic oil flow when the hydraulic oil flow supplied by the oil pump is less than the hydraulic oil flow required for the multiple oil passages, and regarding to each of the multiple oil passages, supplying the hydraulic oil flow which is the product of the oil flow required for the oil passages and the ratio to the passage. By proportionally distributing the hydraulic oil flow to each oil passage, the hydraulic oil flow distributed by the system to each oil passage reduces accordingly. Therefore, though the action of the actuation component corresponding to each oil passage is slow, it is able to coordinate action and complete composite motion.

Abstract
A standard segment for a crane. The cross section of the standard segment is a polygon. The number of sides of the polygon is greater than 5. Each vertex of the polygon is provided with a vertical main chord (1). The number of the sides of the polygon is greater than 5, and each vertex of the polygon is provided with a vertical main chord (1), so the number of the main chords (1) is increased. Therefore, with the lifting torque of the crane remaining unchanged, the load borne by each main chord (1) may be decreased, so as to decrease the cross-sectional area of the main chord (1), decrease the manufacturing difficulty and installation difficulty of the main chord (1), and decrease the difficulty in purchasing the main chord (1). The cross-sectional area of the main chord (1) is decreased, so the cross-sectional area of shaped steel for the main chord (1) also decreases, thereby reducing original defects of the shaped steel, and ensuring safety in use of the crane.

Engineering machinery and a method, an apparatus and a system for controlling a mechanical arm of engineering machinery, used for solving the problem in the prior art that using a remote controller to operate a mechanical arm of the engineering machinery is relatively inconvenient. The method comprises: taking a reference benchmark direction (O1X1) as a starting edge and a remote operation direction (O1A1) as an ending edge, acquiring the size of an angle (β1) formed in a predetermined rotational positive direction; determining a mechanical arm control direction which forms the size of the angle (β1) with respect to the reference benchmark direction (O1X1) in the rotational positive direction, and then transmitting a control message to control the mechanical arm according to this direction. Using this method means that the direction of travel of the distributing points of a mechanical arm of the engineering machinery can be kept spatially consistent with the remote operation direction and, in this way, with an operator in any position and having provided any operation direction, the distributing points of the mechanical arm will all move according to the operation direction, thereby realizing direct operation of the mechanical arm, bringing convenience to the operator.
