The invention relates to a heating-cooling combination for plasticizing cylinders, comprising a housing, on which a fan is arranged and which has ventilation openings for the outflow of the fan air flow, wherein the housing has a hollow cylindrical section for accommodating a plasticizing cylinder, in which section at least one heating strip (4) is arranged, wherein the at least one heating strip (4) is composed of heating elements (41) which are movably supported on at least one tensioning cable (40) and through which heating coils are guided, wherein the ends of the tensioning cable (40) are connected to respective tensioning plates (45) and wherein the two tensioning plates (45) are connected to each other by at least one tensioning element (46).

Said tensioning cable (40) is connected on both ends to a tensioning plate (45) and both tensioning plates (45) are interconnected by at least one tensioning element.
