Abstract

A dust extractor (1) provided, in particular, for underground mining and tunnelling, comprises a filter housing (2) with identical compartments (8, 9). A drawer system (20) is installed in these compartments (8, 9), which comprises a drawer profile (21) fixedly connected to the filter housing (2) and a second drawer profile (22) that can slide in. An exchangeable cartridge (10) can be introduced onto or into this drawer system (20), in which a plurality of compact elements (3, 4, 7), in particular eleven compact parts of this type, are introduced. These exchangeable cartridges (10) and the drawer system (20) facilitate the insertion of compact elements (3, 4, 7) into the filter housing (2) or the replacement of entire units or individual compact elements (3, 4, 7). It is particularly advantageous that, in this way, the operation is only minimally disrupted, especially as the provided compact elements (3, 4, 7) are transported in the exchangeable cartridge (10) to then be cleaned or repaired above ground or outside the tunnel.

Abstract

A dry filter 1 to be used in particular in underground mining and tunnel construction having a frame construction 17 into which the required part housings 25 - 28 can be inserted from the side. The required partition wall 8 is arranged so that an optimal large filtering surface is available both for the incoming raw gas and for the outflowing clean gas. Raw gas duct 5 and clean gas duct 6 run horizontally one above the other and are separated from each other by the sloping 8. This means that a very large filtering surface is available.

Abstract

A wet scrubber 1 with a low energy requirement, i.e. with reduced throughflow resistance has a demister 5, whose filter package 25 is shaped corrugated or folded. This makes a large surface available to ensure reliable soaking of the inflowing dust. Further advantages are a sloping bottom plate 15 in the demister part housing 4, specially positioned and designed moistening nozzles 6, 7 as well as above all a partitioning of the demister 5 into several complete packages 31, 33.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for dry drilling using drilling debris flushing and dust extraction, which is suitable for use in a drilling rig having one or especially also a plurality of drilling trucks, wherein each drilling truck having a dust extraction means and drilling debris collector (2') is assigned a vacuum generator (3) that is stable with regard to volume flow, especially in the form of rotary piston blowers (10, 11, 12), and a surface filter (4, 4', 4") having compact elements (5, 6) and serving as a dust filter (2) and drilling debris collector (2'). The surface filter (4) is designed in such a manner that said filter reliably separates both the drilling debris and the dust.

Abstract

A fan (1) that is to be used primarily in underground mining and tunnel construction has a tubular fan housing (2), the inner wall (5) of which has sound-conducting openings (24, 25) that are designed in a specific manner. Said sound-conducting openings (24, 25), which are generally annular, annularly leave enough surrounding material (23) in the segment (16) that supports the fan wheel (9) and the drive (10) in order to thus ensure the secure and precise arrangement of the two components. The inner wall (5) is omitted in the remaining region, said outer wall (4) and/or the coupling wall (3) as such being designed to compensate for the effect of the sound-conducting openings.

Abstract

In order to minimize nitrogen oxide gases in the air flows of underground mining and tunnel construction, a method and a system are provided, wherein the corresponding blasting fumes containing Nox components or the emissions of diesel generators are collected directly at the point of origin and then cleaned. The cleaning is performed in such a way that the maximum allowable concentration values as currently specified or as applicable in the future are adhered to. For this purpose, a targeted Nox cleaning is provided after the actual removal of the dust. Said targeted Nox cleaning ensures that the air cleaned in such a way can then return to the remaining air flow.

  • F42D 3/04 - Particular applications of blasting techniques for rock blasting
  • E21F 5/20 - Drawing-off or depositing dust
