Abstract

A mini liquid-nitrogen injector injects liquid nitrogen into an aluminum can when drinks and the like are packed at small shops and the like, so as to enable movement and distribution, and thus long-term storage is possible, and a predetermined amount of liquid nitrogen is injected into a can facilitating eating, so as to push out oxygen therein and allow nitrogen, which is an inert gas, to occupy the space, so that, during packing, in order to inhibit microbial propagation and prevent taste alteration, liquid nitrogen is injected into an aluminum can, thereby enabling movement and distribution.
