Abstract

The closure (1) has a cover cap (2), which is retractably formed on the closure (1) by means of a hinge (3). On the sides of the closure (1) and the cover cap (2), barbs (12, 27) are formed that yield outwardly, when shutting the cover cap (2) due to bulging of the cover cap (2) transversely to the closing direction. The barbs (12) on the closure (1) thus slide over their outer edge and then engage by elastic reversal of the bulge. The cover cap (2) is then fixed onto the closure (1) in a sealing and secure manner. The cover cap (2), using its front region, rests with its edge (11) on a step (9) on the closure (1). This edge (9) is slidable onto the plane of the step (9) by pressing on the front region in the direction of the hinge (3). This creates a bilateral bulge of the lateral edges (10) of the cover cap (2) so that the barbs (26) on the cover cap (2) disengage from those (12) on the closure (1). Thereafter, the cover cap (10) can then be pivoted open about the hinge (3), by means of persistent pressure on its front region, under elastic reversal of the bulges after releasing the pressure.

Abstract

The dosing device is intended for a neck for pouring defined amounts from a container or hose. The device consists of a spout attachment that can be screwed or pushed onto the neck and that optionally can be sealed by a separate lid, said attachment comprising a dosing control chamber (14) having a variable volume. As a characterizing feature, this chamber fills up from empty during pouring. Said chamber is formed by an area between the control chamber limiter and the interior of a dosing plunger (10) and fills up with liquid during the pouring of an amount, while liquid flows downward at (D1) past the dosing plunger (10) to the spout (3). Ultimately, when fully depressed downwards the dosing plunger (10) closes the spout (3) when the control chamber (14) is full. The dose amounts to be poured out can be adjusted by limiting the path of the dosing plunger (10) on its side facing the container or hose. The control chamber limiter is variably displaceable, axially relative to the dosing device, into the neck equipped with said device and can be permanently secured in any position.

Abstract

The invention relates to a closure (1) having a cover cap (2) which is formed on the closure (1) in a pivotal manner by means of a hinge (3). Barbs (12, 27) are molded on the sides of the closure (1) and the cover cap (2), wherein the barbs are deflected outwards transversely to the closing direction when the cover cap (2) is pivoted closed, thereby bulging the cover cap (2). In the process, the barbs (12) are pushed beyond their outer edge on the closure (1) and then latch as a result of the cover cap elastically returning to its initial shape and size. The cover cap (2) is then sealingly held in a secured manner on the closure (1). The edge (11) of the cover cap (2) lies on a step (9) on the closure (1) over the front region of the cover cap. The edge (9) can be moved on the plane of said step (9) by pressing on the front region in the direction of the hinge (3). This causes the lateral edges (10) of the cover cap (2) to bulge on both sides such that the barbs (26) on the cover cap (2) unlatch from the barbs (12) on the closure (1). The cover cap (10) can then be pivoted open about the hinge (3) while pressure is held on the front region of the cover cap, and the cover cap elastically returns to its initial size and shape after the pressure is released.

Abstract

This pouring closure permits controlled multi-side pouring by means of a canister spout. The pouring closure consists of a spout attachment (2), which forms a channel (14), which is reduced in size with respect to the spout and an upper outer edge of which forms a protruding drop lip (11). A closure cover (1), which acts as a jet former, forms a pipe (4), which extends downward and which fits into a channel (14) on the spout attachment (2) in a sealing manner. The pipe (4) extending downward has a lateral window (5), which extends at least around 90° of the pipe circumference. The remaining pipe circumference is doubled-walled. The interior thus formed leads toward the outside in the axial direction at the lower end of the pipe (4) as an air channel (7), and the air channel (7) likewise leads toward the outside only in the upper region of the window (5) laterally on both sides of the window. Thus, pouring can occur over each point of the drop lip (11) with a jet that always remains constant and with sufficient pressure equalization in the canister during the entire pouring process.

Abstract

The invention relates to a plastic container that is produced by means of an extrusion process or a PET blowing process. The plastic container is equipped with an associated rotary closure, which can be brought from a closed position to an open position by a pivoting movement. As a special feature, the neck of the container and the associated rotary closure (16) are each made of only a single part. The container has a straight or slightly conical neck, which forms a radially protruding collar on the outside in the bottom half of the neck, on the lower edge of which collar an attachable rotary closure having snapping elements (11) can be locked in, such that the rotary closure is retained on the neck in such a way that the rotary closure can be pivoted about an axis of rotation of the rotary closure. The collar also forms radial surfaces that act as stop surfaces for radial ribs (14) on the inside of the associated rotary closure for limiting the pivoting range between the closed position and the open position of the rotary closure on the neck. The opening of the neck forms a projecting, circular-ring-shaped end face, into which a channel leads, which channel bulges out from the neck in the radial direction in the neck inner wall and is open to the inside of the neck. The rotary closure forms two concentrically arranged straight or slightly conical pipe segments (6, 7) on the inside of the lid surface (12) of the rotary closure. The outer pipe segment (7) lies on the circular-ring-shaped end face in a sealing manner when the rotary closure is attached, and the inner, longer pipe segment (6) nestles against the neck inner wall in a sealing manner and extends into the neck interior. The inner pipe segment has a perforation (8) at one location. Between the two pipe segments (6, 7) at the location of the perforation (8), a hole (9) is present in the lid surface (12), such that the perforation (8) can be pivoted over the location of the bulging channel for the open position. Then liquid can flow outward through the perforation (8) and the hole (9).

toward the outside in the axial direction at the lower end of the tube as an
air
channel, which opens outwards on one or both sides of the window laterally.
Thus, a
controlled multi-side pouring out of liquid and at the same time corresponding
intake
of air into the canister can occur over the entire circumference of the
window.
