Abstract

The float liquid level meter indicator includes rotatable slats; a supporting metal fixture not obstructing rotation of the rotatable slats, the supporting metal fixture having an opening for observing a state of the rotatable slats and rotation shaft supporting hole pairs for supporting the rotation shafts provided on left and right of the rotatable slats, the hole pairs being disposed at equal intervals in an up-down direction, at least one side of the rotation shaft supporting hole pairs being of a cutout shape or an elongated hole shape in a front-rear direction; a housing for attaching to the float-liquid level meter, having a groove which prevents the rotatable slats inserted in the up-down direction and the supporting metal fixture from falling off in a front-rear direction, and having an opening for observing the state of the rotatable slats; and a lid for avoiding the supporting metal fixture from falling out from the housing.

Abstract

The present invention facilitates attaching a rotating plate to a support fixture, enables measurement of sudden changes in liquid level, and improves measurement accuracy. The present invention is configured from: a plurality of rotating plates (102) that have permanent magnets and rotating shafts so as to be capable of rotating in accordance with the position of a float magnet within a buoyant liquid-level gauge; a support fixture (105) provided with an opening so as to allow visual confirmation of the state of the plurality of rotating plates (102) without impeding the rotation thereof, the support fixture (105) having a plurality of rotating-shaft-supporting hole pairs provided to the left and right of the rotating plates (102) so as to be disposed at equal vertical intervals, the rotating-shaft-supporting hole pairs supporting the rotating shafts and being configured such that at least one of the pair has the shape of a cutout or elongated hole along the longitudinal direction; a casing (101) for attaching to the buoyant liquid-level gauge, the casing (101) having a groove into which the support fixture (105) having the rotating plates (102) mounted thereon is inserted from the vertical direction, the groove preventing the rotating plates (102) and support fixture (105) from being removed in the longitudinal direction, the casing (101) also being provided with an opening so as to allow visual confirmation of the state of the rotating plates (102); and a cover (103, 104) for preventing the support fixture (105) from being removed from the casing (101).
