Abstract
Provided is a method for synthesizing desmopressin, the method comprising the following steps: 1) selection of a solid carrier resin; 2) synthesis of a main chain peptide resin; 3) cracking same and removing the resin and a protecting group; and 4) carrying out liquid-phase electrochemical oxidation to couple a disulfide bond in order to obtain the desmopressin. This method can avoid the specific selectivity of a reaction, can improve the utilization of a fragment peptide resin, the utilization of the main chain fragment, and the atomic utilization, thereby reducing the production cost, avoiding the use of the chemical oxidants iodine and hydrogen peroxide, so that same is more environmentally friendly and more in line with the concept of green chemistry.

Abstract
An injection pen capable of fine adjustment, comprising: a differential spiral transmission mechanism, comprising a push rod (18), a push rod nut (22), a positioning rotary ratchet (21), an adjustment rod (17), and a ratchet tube (8); a dose adjustment mechanism, comprising a knob (2), a numerical code tube (15), an adjustment tube (7), a ratchet connection ring (9), and an adjustment and connection tube (6); a housing (3), the differential spiral transmission mechanism being provided in the housing (3), a window (4) being provided on the housing (3), and a pen core holder (24) being provided in the housing (3); and an injection mechanism, comprising a button connection member (16), a button (1), and a button spring (14). During adjustment, a contact portion between the ratchet connection ring (9) and the ratchet tube (8) clicks under the action of the ratchet so as to prompt a user. In addition, a visual prompt on the window (4) also facilitates the adjustment of a dose. The injection pen capable of fine adjustment can also be reused, and can improve injection precision by converting a spiral motion into a linear motion.

Abstract
A rapid and automatic syringe comprises a rear casing (5), a front casing (6) connected to the rear casing (5), a sleeve (3) fitted in the rear casing (5), a support (1) fitted in the front casing (6) and abutting a front end surface of the sleeve (3), a cartridge and an injection needle mounted in the support (1), a plunger (2) mounted in the sleeve (3) capable of pushing the cartridge forward, and a trigger member (4) fit as a sleeve between the front casing (6) and the support (1) capable of moving a set distance backward, so as to drive the plunger (2) to move backward. A snap-engaging mechanism capable of retracting inwardly is provided at the rear end of the plunger (2), and an engagement block in an annular groove of the sleeve (3) is capable of being caught in the snap-engaging mechanism. A groove having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the snap-engaging mechanism is arranged in the rear end surface of the rear casing (5) and is used to retract the snap-engaging mechanism. A driving spring (7) in an initially compressed state is fitted at the periphery of the plunger (2). The front end of the driving spring (7) abuts a protruding ring in the middle of the plunger (2) and the rear end of the driving spring (7) abuts the engagement block. The driving spring (7) releases when the outer diameter of the snap-engaging mechanism is smaller than the inner diameter of the annular groove, such that the plunger (2) is driven to move forward. The rapid and automatic syringe effectively resolves an issue in which it is inconvenient to deliver liquid medicine using a syringe.
