The present invention relates to a pre-feeder assembly which is made up of an optional turning unit (30, 40) and a supply unit (20) and is intended for transferring folding-box blanks in a transporting direction (T) to a folding-box adhesive-bonding machine (10). According to the invention, the transfer apparatus (23) can be adjusted in the transporting direction (T) relative to a basic framework (22) of the supply unit (20). This allows the system to be converted to different sizes of blank just by the transfer apparatus (23) and basic framework (22) being moved relative to one another. The basic framework (22, 32) and the stack mount (21, 31) of the supply unit (20) and stack turner (30) can each remain at a fixed location, and it is possible to dispense with re-adjustment of the robotic device (40) to the stack mount (21, 31).

ROBOT FOR PLACEMENT AND SORTING OF FOLDING-BOX BLANKS
The present invention relates to a system for individual removal and further processing of stacks (11-13) of different types A-C arranged in blocks on supports (U). A fully loaded support (U) is delivered to a supply station (10). A robot-based removal device (20) is not only designed to remove individual stacks (11) of a first type A of stack elements from the support (U) and to feed them to a stack receptacle (41) of a further-processing device (40) for the further processing of the individual stack elements, but also to remove individual stacks (12, 13) of at least a second type B, C of stack elements at the supply station (10) and deposit them at a discharge station (31, 32). This avoids the need for the originally delivered support (U) with stacks of different types A-C to first of all be pre-sorted by hand or by a sorting robot.

The invention relates to a system for individually removing and further processing stacks (S) arranged in blocks on base layers (U). The fully loaded base layers (U) are delivered to a supply station (10). The stacks (S) arranged on the base layers (U) are to be supplied to a stack receiving means (41) for further processing and the empty base layers (U) are to be transported away to an output station (30). The system according to the invention is provided with a removal device (20) which is not only designed for lifting and transferring individual stacks (S) to the stack receiving means (41), but also for taking hold of and transporting away empty base layers (U) to the output station. In this way, conveyor belts and output openings for the empty base layers (U) can be reduced or simplified. The depositing of the empty pallets (U) on the output station (30) is preferably done in stacks.

GRIPPER BAR POSITIONING DEVICE AND DIE-CUTTING MACHINE
Provided are a gripper bar positioning device and a die-cutting machine comprising the gripper bar positioning device and at least two sets of die-cutting units. The gripper bar positioning device comprises a front positioning module, a rear positioning module and a scrap-removing unit positioning module, the front positioning module being disposed at an input end of a first set of die-cutting units, the rear positioning module being disposed at an output end of each set of die-cutting units, and each of the front positioning module, the rear positioning module and the scrap-removing unit positioning module comprising a positioning rocker (5, 19, 33, 44). A reference surface (10) of the positioning rocker (5) of the front positioning module matches a positioning surface (9) disposed behind a gripper bar (7), and reference shafts (19a, 33a, 44a) of the positioning rockers (19, 33, 44) of the rear positioning module and a scrap-removing unit match the positioning surface (9) disposed behind the gripper bar (7). The gripper bar positioning device can be positioned directly and successfully without needing to overcome the tension amount of a chain.
A method controls a folding box machine having a plurality of machining stations and a plurality of control devices for controlling the quality of folding boxes. Each control device controls different quality features of each folding box, and each control device transmits the result of the control to a control unit. Target values are stored in the control unit in order to classify the control results into results which meet the quality standard and results which do not meet the quality standard, and a folding box is discharged depending on an evaluation. The method advantageously reduces waste.
