Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for attaching lashing means for containers to a vehicle, comprising: at least one lashing plate; a double plate which is rotatably attached to the at least one lashing plate by means of a connecting pin and which comprises at least two lashing rings for receiving a lashing means in each case, wherein the at least two lashing rings form a two-armed lever with respect to the connecting pin; and a first means for restricting a rotational movement of the double plate about the connecting pin, wherein the device provides force equalisation between at least two forces acting on the at least two lashing rings. In order to ensure proper force equalisation during operation of the vehicle and to prevent possible faulty lashing, according to the invention a stop is provided as the first means for restricting a rotational movement of the double plate about the connecting pin in a first direction of rotation.

Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement and a method for securing containers (16). A first lashing unit (18) extends from a container corner (12) of a first container stack (14) to a first articulated fitting (19) of a container ship. A second lashing unit (20) extends from a container corner (13) of the second container stack (15) to a second articulated fitting (21) of the container ship. The distance between the container corners (12, 13) is greater than the distance between the articulated fittings (19, 21). According to the invention, the two lashing units (18, 20) cross a vertical plane (23) extending along a transverse gap (22) between two container stacks (24, 25), wherein the distance between the vertical plane (23) and the articulated fitting (19, 21) is in each case smaller than the distance between the vertical plane (23) and the container corner (12, 13). A greater range of adjustment of the lashing units is made possible by the invention.

Abstract

The invention relates to a coupling member for interconnecting two containers (33, 34) stacked one above the other, particularly on board ships, having a first coupling projection (21) that can be hooked into a corner fitting (32) of one container (33) and pre-locked there, and a second coupling projection (22) that can be coupled to a corner fitting (35) of the other container (34), and having an actuating member (39) by means of which the second coupling projection (22) can be switched between an automatic position, in which the containers (33, 34) lock and unlock fully automatically during loading and unloading, and a second position, in which the containers (33, 34) must be manually unlocked by an operator during unloading, wherein the second coupling projection (22) is moved under pre-tension into the automatic position or the second position and can be moved to the respective other position by means of the actuating member (39), counter to the pre-tensioning force. The invention addresses the problem of developing a coupling member of the kind specified above such that it can be used both in fully automatic operation and in semi-automatic operation. In order to solve said problem, the coupling member according to the invention is characterised in that the second position of the second coupling projection (22) is a semi-automatic position, in which the containers (33, 34) lock fully automatically during loading, and in that the second coupling projection (22) can be locked in the other position by locking the actuating member (39), and can be moved to the automatic position or semi-automatic position, respectively, counter to a second pre-tensioning force.

Abstract

The invention relates to a clamping screw (1, 1'), in particular for securing containers (152, 154, 156, 158) on board ships, comprising a threaded spindle (2), a nut part (4), and a telescope means (6), which extends over a longitudinal axis of the clamping screw (1, 1') and has a guide sleeve (10) at the first end (8) of the nut part (4), said guide sleeve cooperating with the threaded spindle (2), and also a first receptacle (28). In order to create a clamping screw (1, 1') that can be easily adjusted to different adjustment ranges, particularly such that the clamping screws (1, 1') do not hinder one another in intersecting tie-down systems, the clamping screw (1, 1') according to the invention is characterised in that the first receptacle (28) is arranged at the second end (26) of the nut part (4) and is also connected by means of at least one connection strut (30) to the guide sleeve (10), and in that a telescope means (6) is arranged on the nut part (4) in a telescopically displaceable manner and has a length-limiting means (32) at its first end (33) and a second receptacle (34) at its second end (35), which are interconnected by means of at least one lengthening strut (36, 36.1, 36.2).

Abstract

The invention relates to a clamping screw, comprising a threaded spindle (12), a spindle nut (15) cooperating with the threaded spindle (12), and an anti-turn device (21), which blocks a rotation of the threaded spindle (12) and of the spindle nut (15) relative to each other in a securing position and allows said rotation in a clamping position. In order to provide an anti-turn device (21) that is easy to handle, the clamping screw according to the invention is characterized in that the anti-turn device (21) can be adjusted radially to the axis (33) of the relative rotation between the threaded spindle (12) and spindle nut (15) from the clamping position into the securing position and cooperates with a stop (16) in the securing position. The clamping screw according to the invention is suitable, in particular, for use in conjunction with a device for tying down containers on board ships.
