INJECTION MOULDED PACKAGING WITH A CONTAINER HAVING A FOLDED UPPER RIM
Injection moulded packaging comprising a container and a lid, the peripheral rim portion of the lid being arranged to engage with the rim portion of the container to seal the container. The rim portion of the container has a first annular locking element arranged on the outside surface and a second annular locking element arranged on the inside surface. The peripheral rim portion of the lid having a first surface being arranged with a first annular locking element which engages with the first locking element of the container rim and a second surface being arranged with a second annular locking element which engages with the second locking element of the container rim. The first annular locking element of the container is formed on a first portion of the container rim portion and the second annular locking element of the container is formed on a second portion of the container rim portion. The second portion has two positions, a first position where the second portion is arranged essentially parallel with the first portion and extending in a direction from the bending line and away from the container bottom and a second position where the second portion is bent downwardly about the bending line so that the second portion is arranged essentially parallel with the first portion, but where the second portion extends from the bending line down towards the container bottom of the container. In this way, an injection moulded container is provided which is easy to remove from an injection mould, but which still provides very good sealing and locking properties.
Container comprising a bottom portion and a side wall portion extending upwardly from the bottom portion, said container being at least partially filled with a first material, said container further comprising a pouch filled with a second material, said pouch being arranged inside the container. Said pouch is arranged to be fastened to the bottom portion of the container such that at least a portion of the first material is arranged above the pouch and in that the pouch is rupturable. In this way, a container is provided whereby a second material can be mixed with a first material in a safe manner with a lowered risk of splashing.

The invention includes a method and device for conveying pre-printed polymer oblates (IML), supplied in a roller, to a casting machine such as an injection press that molds items such as cups or lids, where the oblates must be integrated in items by the oblates being partially punched such that they remain fixed to the roller in points or bridges, after which the roller with the semi-punched oblates is placed on a device (1) from which the roller with oblates is rolled out in stages, such that the oblates pass through a tool (5) with holes (9) which are shaped to fit the circumference of the oblates, after which the oblates are removed with a device such as a robot with vacuum suction that tears over the river bridges that fix the oblate to the roller and transfers the oblates to the injection casting tool.

A container (100) with a lid lever (132) to disengage a lid present on a rim portion (112) of the container (100) is disclosed. The lid lever (132) is integrated between two cuts and is attached to a primary skirt (114) of the container (100). The lid lever (132) is pulled laterally outward towards a free end to disengage the lid. A secondary skirt (138) in the form of a flange is present behind the lid lever (132). The secondary skirt (138) prevents deformation of the primary skirt (114) and the rim portion (112) of the container (100). The shape of the lid lever (132) extends past the primary skirt (114) thereby making the lid lever (132) more effective and further makes it distinguishable from the primary skirt (114).
