Abstract

Cylinder lock with composite cam, applicable in the field of light industry, especially in the field of locking devices with high security for residential houses, public end other buildings, cabinets, safes and others. The composite cam (1), consisting of two identical parts (4), in assembled state represents a ring (2) with a tooth (3).The parts (4) of the cam (1) are interlocked each other, at first around a transmitting plate (5), which engages by means of locking teeth (6) in radial holes (10) of the parts (4), whereby they form the closed ring (2), which by its protruded inwards periphery covers the inner edges of cylinder cores (15) and (16) of the cylinder lock through respective ring channels (18). Secondly, both parts (4) are connected each other in the area of the tooth (3) by spring pin (13), passing through longitudinal holes (14) formed therein, so that complimenting each other the parts (4) form an entire cam (1), which rotates through a switch (17) by one of cylinder cores (15,16) rotation.

Abstract

The clutch mechanism couplable to door locks with locking bolt operated by handles which can be implemented in household, industry, in the hotel doors lock, state institutions, offices, etc. The mechanism manages a pulling movement to be transferred to the bolt (8A) of the lock (8). It includes a square-section shaft (7) passing through the lock (8) which one end is permanently coupled to the internal handle (5) end also an electric motor (10) which axis is coupled with a worm-screw (10A). To the other end of the square-section shaft (7) guide sleeve (20) is fixed, in which profiled bore (20A) it is constantly coupled profile shaped slider (19) coaxially positioned to the external handle (4). When activated, the mechanism by electric motor (10) the slider (19) moves by spring (12) engaged in the worm-screw (10A) axially and directly in the profiled clutch hole (42) of the external handle (4) thus connecting it with the square-section shaft (7), which operates the locking bolt (8A).

Abstract

The invention relates to cylinder lock, which can be implemented in the locking devices with increased security for living houses, etc. buildings. The cylinder lock comprises housing (1), outer core (4) and inner core (5) with identical lengths fixed thereto by rings (3), between said cores a cam (8) is freely mounted. In the coaxial formed basic bores (11) and (12) respectively in the housing (1) and in the outer core (4) and in the inner core (5) there are disposed closing pins (16), springs (13), housing pins (14) and core pins (15). Throughout one of the basic bores (12) of the outer core (4) there is formed an additional slot (9) arranged in the same plane with the slot (2) formed in the front part of the housing (1) so that one common slot forms providing a weaken cross section wherein a plastic holder (10) is mounted closing the common slot so that therein a spring (13), a housing pin (14) and a core pin (15) are placed.

Abstract

Cylinder lock with associated key and key blank therefor, used in configuration of locking systems with increased security for living houses, public buildings, for cabinets, safes, padlocks etc. The cylinder lock comprises housing (2), core (3. Coaxial bores (35, 36) are formed with axially disposed respectively basic core pins (6) and housing pins (7). Disposed is additional pin assembly (9) in the core (3) to push built-in movable element (12) into the key, thus to engage with its opposite basic core pin (6). Core recesses (15) are formed in the core (3).Profiled slides (16) are disposed having side protrusions (17) to block in corresponding housing recesses (18, 19), as well one protrusion (20) protrudes in the key channel (4) to engage one wave groove (21) on the key (5). Side core bores (13) are formed in the core (3) sidelong key channel (4), side core pins (14) are disposed in the said side core bores (13) to engage with the side coding combination (33) made on the side cramped surfaces (26) of the relevant key (5).

Abstract

The invention relates to a cylinder lock, which can be implemented in the field of light industry, especially in the field of the locking devices for residential houses, public buildings etc. The lock is consisting of a cylinder core (2) rotatably mounted in a casing (1) and having a vertical key channel. In the casing (1) and the core (2) are made coaxial cylindrical casing bores (3) and core bores (4), in which are mounted closing pins (5), springs (9) and a combinations of pairs of casing pins (6) - core pins (7) and (8). The path of said pins is limited by means of stops (10) and at least one core pin (8) is modified so that its insertion depth into the key channel of the core (2) is reduced relative to the insertion depth of the other core pins (7). The cylinder lock in accordance with the invention has a number of advantages, as follows: the fixation mode of the core pins does not require special forms of the casing pin and the casing bore; when the cylinder lock is mounted at an angle of 180°, the pin pair having a reduced insertion depth into the key channel remains coupled, thus no necessity exists of using subsidiary elements (magnets and special materials) for the pins.
