CURRENT-CONDUCTING CONNECTOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONNECTOR

Application Number EP2013001007
Publication Number 2013/152841
Status In Force
Filing Date 2013-04-05

Inventor Papini, Oris

Abstract

The invention relates firstly to a current-conducting connector (24) for electrical components (20) having at least one metal part (26) which is surrounded in some regions with an insulation (27). According to the invention the metal part is designed as a contact carrier plate (26) which is provided with at least one receptacle (28). In each case a pin-like contact (23) can be guided perpendicular to the contact carrier plate (26), wherein the contact carrier plate (26) is surrounded up to the receptacle by an insulating sheath (27). The invention also relates to a method for producing a current-conducting connector (24), in which contact carrier plates (26) are stamped into and/or etched out of a metal strip. The metal strip is rolled out, the strip is introduced into an injection moulding tool and the contact carrier plate (26) is overmoulded with a plastic, in particular a thermoplastic elastomer, and then the different contact carrier plates (26) with insulating sheath (27) are cut out as required from the metal strip.

Abstract

A lamp (1) comprises at least a housing (2), a light emitting element located in a vacuum chamber of the housing, at least two current conductors (17, 18) which are electrically connected with first ends (15, 16) to the light emitting element, and at least two contact surfaces (19, 20) located outside the housing which are connected to second ends of the current conductors. The housing comprises a base (9) located at the boundary between the vacuum chamber and the exterior, which base is transverse to the lamp axis (4) and is provided with the contact surfaces. The second end of at least a first of the two current conductors and at least a first of the two contact surfaces are located on a first projection from the base, which projection is into the exterior and substantially parallel to the lamp axis.

Abstract

Device (10) for electrical contacting of illuminating means, comprising a holder housing which has at least one fixing means (21), to fix the device (10) to a support and at least one fixing means which has a retainer surface (30) made from magnetisable or magnetic material. Said retainer surface (30) serves to hold the illuminating means on the device (10) and can also serve for electrical contacting. The holder is mechanically fixed to a device (10) provided therefor by means of further fixing means (21) and the illuminating means is applied to the device (10) by means of the metal retaining surface (30).

Abstract

The invention relates to a socket (10) for two-pin lamps (18), in particular halogen lamps, with a socket housing (11) that has contacts (33) in its interior loaded by a spring (36), with insertion openings (26) for pins (23) of the two-pin lamp (18) on the upper side of the socket housing (11), with a sleeve (14) fastened to the top of the socket housing (11) that receives a lamp base (19) with a flange (20), which is supported on the free edge (15) of the sleeve (14). After a turning motion of the two-pin lamp (18), the pins (23) fitted with heads (24) touch the contacts (33) with a spring action for transmission of current, with the lamp flange (20) being pulled towards the edge (15) of the sleeve (14) during the turning motion. According to the invention the sleeve (14) has recesses (16) directed towards the interior of the sleeve, which pre-position the lamp base (19) during its turning motion, and in doing so a space is created between the lamp base (19) and the internal wall of the sleeve (14) (Fig. 1).
