The rotation biasing member torsionally biases the rotating locking pin into the locking angular orientation. The angular rotation restriction assembly is activatable when the rotating locking pin is rotated into the unlocked angular orientation and the rack is configured in the transport configuration and is configured to temporarily maintain the rotating locking pin in the unlocked angular orientation.
