Abstract

A mounting assembly and an electric connector are provided according to the present disclosure. The mounting assembly includes: a housing; a mounting member, mounted to the housing and configured to be movable, relative to the housing, between an initial position and a mounted position; and a locking member, mounted to the housing and configured to be movable, relative to the housing, between a locking position and an unlocking position. The locking member is configured to: lock the mounting member in the initial position when the locking member is in the locking position, and unlock the mounting member when the locking member is in the unlocking position to allow the mounting member to move, in a mounting direction, from the initial position toward the mounted position. The electric connector includes the mounting assembly. Providing the locking member ensures that the mounting member can not move toward the mounted position until the locking member is moved to the unlocking position, thereby preventing the mounting member from being unintentionally moved to the mounted position due to unintended touch/misoperation.

The bracket assembly also includes a plurality of liquid spray nozzles and a plurality of air blower ducts. The plurality of liquid spray nozzles discharge a cleaning liquid (e.g., washer fluid) toward the exterior surface of the LIDAR sensor and the camera sensor, and the plurality of air ducts discharge compressed air toward the exterior surface of the LIDAR sensor and the camera sensor. The liquid spray nozzles and the air ducts cooperate to clear foreign matter from the LIDAR sensor and the camera sensor despite being close to the edge of each such sensor.

Abstract

The present application provides a connector assembly which includes a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a first connector body and a locking sleeve. The locking sleeve is rotatably retained on the first connector body and includes a locking slot and a guiding protrusion. The locking slot is provided in a tubular wall of the locking sleeve, and the guiding protrusion is arranged at an axial end of the tubular wall and is adjacent to the locking slot. The second connector includes a second connector body, and the second connector body includes a locking protrusion arranged at its outer periphery. During the insertion of the second connector body between the locking sleeve and the first connector body along the axial direction, the locking sleeve can rotate in response to the locking protrusion pushing the guiding protrusion, to allow the locking protrusion to move along the guiding protrusion and into the locking slot. The locking protrusion can engage with the locking slot to prevent the second connector body from disengaging from the locking sleeve. The connector assembly can achieve the blind-mating connection between the first connector and the second connector, and the connection operation is convenient.

Abstract

A fastening staple adapted for fastening of a photovoltaic framework against a front face of a support wall comprises a bearing head and a counter-support foot constituting a jaw likely to transversely receive both a segment of the support wall and a segment of the photovoltaic framework. The counter-support foot comprises at least one bearing lateral flange positioned longitudinally so as to bear longitudinally against a rear face of the support wall when the photovoltaic framework and the support wall are transversely engaged in the jaw. The bearing head comprises at least one hooking element adapted to hook the photovoltaic framework in order to transversely immobilize the photovoltaic framework in the jaw. The bearing head and/or the counter-support foot comprises at least one mechanical tensioning flange where an elastic deformation and/or a displacement thereof, resulting from the action of transverse engagement of the photovoltaic framework segment and of the support wall segment in the determined interval between the bearing head and the counter-support foot, enables the bearing head and the counter-support foot to exert a longitudinal tightening of the photovoltaic framework and of the support wall in the jaw.

Abstract

A quick connector comprising a connector body having a collar defining an opening, a verification indicia fixed to the collar, and a sliding locker including a base, and a lock arm. The base can include an armature integrally and immovably joined with it, having a wing extending along and spaced from an outer surface of the collar. Abstract

A connector device is provided according to the present disclosure, which includes a floating connector assembly and a mating connector assembly. The floating connector assembly includes a base, a floating connector, a first floating unit, and a second floating unit. The first floating unit includes a through hole for receiving the floating connector and is configured to allow the floating connector to move in a radial direction of the through hole and to tilt relative to an axial direction of the through hole. The second floating unit is configured to be movable relative to the base in a direction perpendicular to the base plane. The mating connector assembly includes a mating connector. A valve assembly is provided in the floating connector and a valve unit is provided in the mating connector. The valve assembly and the valve unit are configured to be switched to an open state after the floating connector is connected with the mating connector. The second floating unit is movable to varied floating positions relative to the base after the valve assembly and the valve unit are both switched to the open state, so as to compensate for assembly deviations in the direction perpendicular to the base plane. Therefore, the connector device can absorb assembly deviations in all directions.

Abstract

This disclosure provides an improved nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly includes a spray element for jetting media through an outlet (e.g. onto a surface), an active conduit for supplying a first media to the spray element, and a passive conduit for supplying a feed of a second media to the spray element. The spray element includes an eductor that is actively fed with a pressurized stream of the first media (i.e., motive fluid) via an annular injection port coupled to the active conduit, and passively fed by the second media via an intake duct disposed cen-trally within the injection port. The eductor utilizes the Venturi effect to efficiently prepare a homogenized media jet from the two different media feeds. A system comprising the nozzle assembly, and methods of using each of the same, are also disclosed.
