METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED LEATHER SHEET BY USING LEATHER FIBERS
The present invention relates to a method for producing a recycled leather sheet and, particularly, to a method for producing a recycled leather sheet from leather waste. The method for producing a recycled leather sheet by using leather fibers comprises the steps of: performing a pre-treatment process for neutralizing leather waste and attaching a fatliquoring agent thereto; separating leather fibers from the leather waste which has been subjected to the pre-treatment process; blending the separated leather fibers with fibers for improving the tensile strength of the separated leather fibers; and bonding the blended fibers to a base fabric to form a sheet.
